| Objective:Observation on the efficacy of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules combined with iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution in the treatment of NIDA in children.Methods:Medical records of children with NIDA diagnosed in the pediatric ward and outpatient department of our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,64 eligible cases of nutritional iron deficiency.According to whether the oral protein iron succinate solution was added to the oral bifold triple live bacteria capsule is divided into control group and treatment group 32 patients each,and the efficacy treatment after 1 month of treatment was collected.General information(gender,age,duration of illness,etc.)was collected from the two groups.Clinical symptoms,hemoglobin(haemoglobin,mean erythrocyte volume,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration)and iron metabolism(serum iron,total iron binding capacity and serum transferrin)related indicators and adverse reactions were recorded and observed before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical descriptive analysis of the data material.Results:1.Clinical symptoms improved in both groups;the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Hemoglobin,mean red blood cell volume,mean red blood cell hemoglobin content and mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration increased in both groups;and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).3.Serum iron levels increased in both groups,and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group;total iron binding capacity and serum transferrin levels decreased in both groups,and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The combination of bifidobacterium capsules with protein iron succinate for pediatric nutritional anemia helps to improve blood routine(Hb,MCV,MCH and MCHC)and improve serum iron levels.2.The treatment of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule combined with protein iron succinate helps to reduce the total iron binding force and serum transferrin levels and reduce the incidence of adverse effects. |
