| Objective Purpose of this study is based on the anhui medical university affiliated hospital radiology department in fuyang after the implementation of quality control management of related indexes were analyzed,and found the problems that exist in the implementation of quality control,and to explore the related factors affecting the effect,to better improve the level of quality control management,and to a certain extent for promotion in the same level hospital to provide reference and basis.Methods In this study,data stored in the Department of Radiology of Fuyang Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University were used as research materials.A randomized controlled trial was used:(1)8000 patients were randomly selected from the department of Radiology from August 2018 to July 2020 for DR examination and CT/MRI examination respectively,and the comparison was conducted before and after the implementation of quality control management in August 2019.DR was divided into group A and B,with 4000 cases in each group,and CT/MRI was randomly divided into group C and D,with 4000 cases in each group.Group A and C(From August 2018 to July 2019)were treated with conventional management mode(control group).Group B and GROUP D(From August 2019 to July 2020)were adopted based on PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)/RIS(Radiology Information System,System quality control management mode of radiation information system(experimental group).The patient’s image quality grade(nail film rate,image qualified rate and scrap film rate),report writing qualified rate and diagnostic coincidence rate were scored and analyzed respectively under the two modes.(2)Four physicians A,B,C and D were selected,and 2000 individual reports were selected from each of them.The quality control management was implemented in August 2019 as the time node,with 1000 reports for each physician before quality control management(control group)and 1000 reports for each physician after quality control management(experimental group).Compare the excellent rate,qualified rate and unqualified rate reported before and after the implementation of quality control management.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results(1)The image quality grade,report qualified rate and diagnosis coincidence rate of patients in group B and D were significantly higher than those in group A and C(P < 0.01).Among them,the rate of tablet A increased most obviously,from 47.71%before quality control management to 51.98%,followed by the rate of diagnosis coincidence and report excellence,from 97.78% and 1.45% before quality control management to 98.75% and 2.38% respectively.Image qualification rate has the smallest improvement range,from 99.24% to 99.63%.(2)In the comparative analysis of DR and CT/MRI,in terms of image quality,the improvement degree of nail slice rate and image qualification rate in CT/MRI was greater than that in DR,and the improvement degree of scrap film rate was also greater than that in DR.In terms of report quality,the improvement degree of excellent report rate and qualified report rate of CT/MRI examination is greater than that of DR examination,but the improvement degree of diagnostic coincidence rate is smaller than that of DR examination.After the implementation of quality management control,the excellent rate and qualified rate of the four physicians were significantly increased(χ 2a =4.93,36.04,χ 2a =6.65,37.94,χ2A =5.27,43.80,χ 2ding =9.36,26.73,P < 0.01).Among them,the excellent rate of D report and the qualified rate of C report improved the most significantly,from 2.32%and 93.1% before quality control to 4.46% and 98.9%,respectively.Conclusion The effect of quality control management in radiology department of Fuyang Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University is remarkable,which can improve image quality,report qualified rate and diagnosis coincidence rate,and reduce waste film rate.Relevant medical imaging departments of hospitals of the same level can take specific measures according to their own conditions and with reference to the relevant indicators of this study to improve the work efficiency and ability of employees and achieve the goal of quality control and management. |
