| With the continuous development of information technology of a hospital,the exist ing mini-PACS can no longer meet the needs of our development and doctors for image information.Therefore,it is exigent to implement the hospital-wide PACS that can reali ze the digital storage and archive management of whole image data,image reading and non-film radiograph,provide the data for business management of each department of o ur hospital,and realize the medical image full-information sharing and management inf ormation sharing.In this dissertation,we start with the demand analysis based on the current situatio n of our hospital,and then complete the design and implementation of the system netwo rk and the database.Finally,we determine the availability and practicability of the syste m through different tests.In a word,the main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)After analyzing the existing network conditions in hospital,according to the d emand of PACS,we design a three-layer network with a Gigabit network as the backbo ne network and adopt VLAN-virtual local area network,gateway and switch master/slav e mode,ensuring the security and stability of network.Besides,we use the industry-rec ognized Fluke test to test the designed network,achieving the expected goal.(2)Through the demand analysis of PACS and hospital service,the hardware of P ACS is designed by using two-machine technology,which solves the problem of system failure caused by single point failure in system operation.In consideration of latter stor age,we divide the storage of PACS into online storage and offline storage.The online st orage is used to save the data in the last 2 years to ensure the speed of the system queryi ng the image data.The offline storage is used to save more than 2 years data to ensure t he integrity and continuity of data.(3)In order to ensure the complete function of the database of PACS,we first desi gn the overall table of the PACS database,and then design each function table accordin g to the overall table.In order to fuse PACS and HIS,we design a new database view,w hich is more flexible than the traditional interface mode.In addition,we add triggers to HIS so that HIS can directly transmit data to PACS through the view to ensure the timel iness of data transmission.(4)The process of the built system is tested and compared with the images of ima ging equipment and HIS.The test results show that the images are consistent,achieving the desired goal.The implementation of the hospital-wide PACS has solved the problems that cannot-shared image data,incomplete functional modules and imperfect department’s workflo w so that the data is truly alive.Besides,it has provided a solid foundation for the establ ishment of medical imaging diagnostic center of our hospital.It will also provide strong support for the development of Internet + and regional medical service of a hospital. |
