Clinical Study Of Head Electroacupuncture Combined With Pro-Kin Balance Device Training In The Treatment Of Balance Dysfunction In Stroke Patients

Objective:To observe the curative effect of scalp electroacupuncture combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument training on balance dysfunction of stroke patients,and explore the clinical promotion value of scalp electroacupuncture combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument training.Method:The 114 patients with balance dysfunction after stroke who met the screening requirements were randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 38 cases in each group.All three groups underwent routine medical treatment and routine rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with scalp electroacupuncture combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument training on the basis of conventional medical treatment and conventional rehabilitation training(Pro-Kin balance training was performed while leaving needles in the head electroacupuncture),the control group 1 was treated with scalp electroacupuncture on the basis of conventional medical treatment and conventional rehabilitation training,and the control group 2 was trained with Pro-Kin balance on the basis of conventional medical treatment and conventional rehabilitation training,30min/time,1 time/d,6 times in 1 week,for a total of 4 weeks.The Berg Balance Scale and the Pro-Kin Balance Meter’s built-in Eye Static Balance Test System were used as observation indicators from the day before the treatment and the day after the treatme nt,and the data results were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of intervention,the difference between the three groups of patients in the Berg balance scale score and the balance instrument-bipedal standing position open eye static balance test was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The differences between the Berg balance scale score and the balance instrument-bipedal standing position open eye static balance test in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The three groups of motion trajectory length,motion trajectory area and Berg balance scale were subjected to multiple tests of ANOVA,and the two groups were compared to show that the observation grou p had the best treatment effect,and the control group was the second.Conclusion:Electrocephalic acupuncture,Pro-Kin balance instrument training and electrocephalic acupuncture combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument training can improve the balance function of stroke patients,and the efficacy of electrocephalic acupuncture combined with Pro-Kin balance instrument training is superior to that of electrocephalic acupuncture or Pro-Kin balance instrument training alone.Compared with the single application of electrocephalic acupuncture or Pro-Kin balancing instrument training,electrocephalic acupuncture can better improve the balance function of stroke patients.
