Purpose:To investigate the status and influencing factors of depression, anxiety and quality of life in breast cancer patients,And analyze the relationship between depression, anxiety and the quality of life of breast cancer patients.Than provide treatment and help for such patients,Improve breast cancer patients’ cognition of depression and anxiety, relieve psychological burden,Enhance their quality of life, improve their long-term outcomes,And provide data support for such research in our country. Methods:Select female breast cancer patients who were outpatient and inpatient visits from June 2019 to June 2022 in the Surgical oncology of Chengde Central Hospital as the research objects.A cross-sectional study was conducted with Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Anxiety Self-assessment Form(SAS)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast Cancer(FACT-B)for breast cancer patients.Collected general personal status and clinical characteristics of patients.Analyze Status and influencing factors of depression, anxiety and quality of life in breast cancer patients,The data were input by Excel software, and statistical software SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Count data is expressed as n(%).The prevalence of depression and anxiety disorder was analyzed by Chi-square test, and the influencing factors of depression and anxiety disorder in breast cancer were analyzed by binary Logistic regression model.Measurement data with non-normal distribution were represented by M(Q),and comparison between the two groups was performed by Wilcoxon test, and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison between multiple groups.Multiple stepwise linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients’ quality of life,(P < 0.05)had statistical significance. Results:The study found that among 405 women with breast cancer,177 had depression, with a prevalence of 43.70%,Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that: Patients’ monthly family income, current residence, whether they work, whether they have complete breast resection, and whether they have underlying diseases(hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases)are influencing factors for breast cancer depression.Among 405 female breast cancer patients,181 patients had anxiety, the prevalence rate was 44.69%,Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that:Patient’s family monthly income, current residence, whether she works, whether her breasts are completely cut, limited upper limb movement(or lymphedema)on the affected side and chemotherapy are influencing factors for breast cancer anxiety. The median interquartile interval of total quality-of-life scores of 405 women with breast cancer was86.00(78.00,96.00).The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that:The quality of life of breast cancer patients is most affected by whether the patient has chemotherapy, monthly family income, limited upper limb movement of the affected side(or lymphedema),current marital status, current residence, working status, total mastectomy, and endocrine therapy. There was significant difference in quality of life between breast cancer patients with depression or anxiety(P < 0.05).Breast cancer patients without depression or anxiety had a higher quality of life than breast cancer patients with depression or anxiety. There was also statistical significance in the quality of life of breast cancer patients with different degrees of depression and anxiety, and there was also statistical significance in pair-to-group comparison(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of depression and anxiety in breast cancer patients is high, which is influenced by the patient’s general personal situation and clinical characteristics. The quality of life is not only affected by patients’ general personal conditions and clinical characteristics, but also affected by patients’ depression and anxiety.Quality of life was higher in patients without depression than in patients with depression, quality of life was higher in patients without anxiety than in patients with anxiety,There are also differences in the quality of life of breast cancer patients with different depression and anxiety levels.
