Objective:Because of mammary gland problem for the first time in hospital Ⅰ~stage Ⅲa breast cancer patients as the research object,and investigating the hospital anxiety and depression,refinement to explore the psychological status of patients with breast cancer and related influence factors,in-depth understanding of mental health in patients with breast cancer,to explore and analyze the patients’ anxiety,depression and its related influencing factors,looking for adjust the Angle of patients’ anxiety and depression,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,provide data support to relieve patients with negative emotions and reality basis,improve patient quality of life,promote patients recover.Methods:Using the hospital anxiety depression self rating scale(HADS)Chinese version as a survey tool,select the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university in yunnan province breast surgery in June 2020 to December 2020,83 cases of hospitalized patients with breast cancer as the research object,and general information collected on all its object,the corresponding scale score evaluation in patients with anxiety,depression,the status quo.Among them,the general information of the patient includes:the general demographic characteristics of the patient;Clinical data of patients.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to establish a database and conduct statistical analysis.Data were expressed as or M(Q).Nonparametric test was used for comparison between groups,chi-square test was used for the incidence of anxiety and depression,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between anxiety and depression.Nonparametric test and pairwise comparison study were carried out on the changes of anxiety and depression scores before and after diagnosis.The influencing factors were analyzed by single factor and Logistic binary regression.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:The average scores of anxiety and depression were 6.47±3.98 and 5.01 ±3.61 among 83 breast cancer inpatients in this survey.The prevalence rate of anxiety was 27.7%,the prevalence rate of depression was 21.7%,and the proportion of anxiety and depression was 14.5%.Spearman correlation analysis showed that anxiety scores were positively correlated with depression scores.There was statistically significant difference in anxiety scores among patients of different ages(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in depression scores among patients of different places of residence(P<0.05).The expression of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)was significantly different between the anxious group and the non-anxious group(P<0.05).The difference in hospital stay days between the depressed group and the non-depressed group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Anxiety and depression have a high incidence among patients with breast cancer diagnosed for the first time,among patients aged 45 to 55,and among local residents compared with those living in other places,but have no significant relationship with education level,medical payment method,BMI,employment status and marital status.2.In breast cancer patients with anxiety and depression,the high expression of NSE is helpful for the diagnosis and detection of anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients.3.Surgical treatment can greatly relieve the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients.Timely surgical treatment may become an effective means to intervene the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients,while anxiety and depression may have adverse effects on the treatment effect of patients.
