Correlation Between Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase And Idiopathic Fetal Growth Restriction | | Posted on:2024-03-21 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H Y Cheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2544307079479774 | Subject:Obstetrics and gynecology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:Detection of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)m RNA and expression of IDO in idiopathic fetal growth restriction,The expression of IFGR in placental tissue and peripheral blood and its clinical significance were analyzed.Methods:A total of 60 pregnant women who gave birth in Cangzhou People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected,including 30 pregnant women in the IFGR group and 30 pregnant women without pregnancy complications during the same period.Peripheral blood and placental tissue samples were collected from the enrolled pregnant women,and age,BMI,gestational age,neonatal weight,placental weight,number of births,mode of delivery and neonatal sex were also collected.The m RNA expression of IDO in placental tissues of the two groups was detected by real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the level of IDO in maternal blood of the two groups was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Results:The expression level of IDO in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(0.107±0.125 VS 1.062±0.373,P<0.05).The expression level of IDO in peripheral venous blood of experimental group[(2.35±0.26)ng/ml] was lower than that of control group [(3.33±0.12)ng/ml],and the difference was statistically significant(t=-18.350,P<0.05).There was no correlation between the expression level of IDO in serum and placental tissue of the experimental group(r=0.155,p=0.544).Conclusion:1.The expression level of IDOm RNA in the placental tissue of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,suggesting that IDOm RNA is related to the occurrence of fetal growth restriction.2.The expression level of IDO in peripheral venous blood of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,indicating that the expression of IDO may be involved in the occurrence of fetal growth restriction.3.There was no correlation between the expression of IDO in peripheral blood and m RNA expression in placental tissue,suggesting that the expression of IDO in peripheral blood could not represent the expression level of IDO in placental tissue. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase, placenta tissue, immune tolerance, immune cells, idiopathic fetal growth restriction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
