Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of posterior endoscopic Key-hole surgery in the treatment of single-segment cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:83 patients who met the inclusion criteria in minimally invasive spinal surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.the operation time, decompression area,Neck Disability Index before and 1 month,6 months and 12 months after operation and the cervical spinal cord score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores compared between the routine group and the axillary group,Visual Analogue Scale and modified Macnab index were used to evaluate the curative effect. Results : Surgery time for group A patients(56.48±8.72)min,Decompression area(755.61±264.69)px~2,Surgery time for group B patients(32.41±2.54)min,Decompression area(321.42±127.21)px~2.83 patients were followed up,and the patients’ clinical symptoms were significantly improved at the last postoperative follow-up.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).the range of decompression of the grinding bone opening in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy of lower cervical vertebra(mainly C5-6 and C6-7),the subaxillary approach has a good clinical effect.Compared with the control group, the operation time is shorter, the grinding area is reduced, and the facet joint can be greatly preserved and the stability of cervical vertebra can be maintained. It belongs to the modified Key-hole operation.
