Objective: Microscopy-assisted minimally invasive posterior laminoforaminotomy for the treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy caused by laterally protruding cervical disc or spur. This paper mainly discusses this methods and efficacy of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients who were diagnosed with single-segment nerve root cervical spondylosis at the provincial hospital of Anhui Medical University from November 2016 to March 2019.MRI and other imaging tests confirmed the diagnosis.Among them,30 patients(PCF group)were treated with microscope-assisted minimally invasive posterior cervical intervertebral foramenoplasty, and 28 patients(ACDF group)were treated with anterior cervical decompression and bone graft fusion and internal fixation. The clinical effect of the PCF group was evaluated using the VAS score of the unilateral upper extremity pain before and after surgery and the modified Odom’s standard, and cervical spine magnetic resonance was used to judge the decompression effect after surgery. In addition,we also compared The average incision length, operative time, bleeding volume, and postoperative hospital stay were measured in two groups. The data were statistically analyzed using the statistical software package SPSS19.0.Results: According to the improved Odom’s standard, the excellent and good rate was 46.7%,and the improvement rate was 86.7% in patients who underwent microscopically assisted minimally invasive posterior cervical foraminal angioplasty. In most patients, unilateral upper extremity radiation pain was significantly relieved, and no significant complications occurred during the entire follow-up.Compared with the ACDF group, the surgical incision in the PCF group was shorter and the number of postoperative discharge days was shorter. The differences were statistically significant, and there was no statistically significant difference in surgical time and the amount of bleeding. Conclusion: The use of microscopy to assist the minimally invasive posterior laminoforaminotomy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,Compared with traditional ACDF,this surgical procedure has less trauma and less bleeding. The length of hospital stay is shorter, thus achieving the purpose of high efficiency and safety, which has a certain promote significance. |
