| Objective:Based on the pathogenesis of " weakness of the spleen and stomach,qi stagnation",using the " warming yang and tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and r elieving tumescence " method,based on previous research,through a prospective rando mized research method,observe the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment of traditi onal Chinese medicine external treatment with the Chinese medicine paved on the um bilicus,acupuncture combined with moxibustion to improve the patients with advanced malignant tumors with gastroenteritis(weakness of the spleen and stomach,qi stagnat ion).Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled clinical trial research method wa s adopted.60 patients with advanced malignant tumors and gastroenteritis who met th e entry criteria were randomly divided into 40 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group according to the random number table method(sample ratio 2:1).The source of the case was inpatients in the Department of Hematology and O ncology,Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to January 2020.observation group was given symptomatic supportive treatment of western medicine combined with the Chinese medicine paved on the umbilicus,acupu ncture and moxibustion therapy,and control group was given symptomatic supportive t reatment of western medicine.The researchers compared the changes of syndrome scor es and nutritional indicators between the two groups on the 7th and 14th days of trea tment,and the clinical effect was evaluated after 14 days of treatment.The collected data was analyzed statistically using SPSS22.0.Results:There were no significant differences in baseline data such as age,gende r,diagnostic data,TCM syndrome scores,and nutritional indexes between the two gro ups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.?Com pari son of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of patients in the observation grou p was 77.50%,and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 45.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?Comparison between th e groups:The five symptom scores of bloating,nausea and vomiting,reduced diet,bel ching,and fatigue were significantly different between the observation group and the c ontrol group on the 7th day and the 14th day(P<0.05);There was no significant diff erence in the symptoms of poor stools and stomach pain scores between the group an d the control group on the 7th day and the 14th day(P>0.05).?Comparison with in the group:The total score of gastroenteritis symptoms in the two groups showed sig nificant differences on the 7th and 14th days of treatment compared with before treat ment(P<0.05);in terms of 7 single symptoms of gastroenteritis,all the 7 symptoms i n the observation group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment were significantly diffe rent from those before treatment(P<0.05).The control group had five symptoms of b1 oating,nausea and vomiting,reduced diet,poor stool,and stomach pain.There was a significant difference between 7 days and 14 days before treatment(P<0.05),and ther e was no significant difference between belching and fatigue symptoms(P>0.05).?C omparison of nutritional indicators:After 14 days of treatment,the observation group had a significant difference in transferrin(TRF)compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)(P>0.05);The Hb,TRF and ALB in the contrrol group were not significantly diff erent from those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine co mbined with Western medicine supportive therapy for advanced malignant tumors with gastroenteritis.The main clinical symptoms of gastroenteritis in patients can be effecti vely alleviated in a short period of time,improve nutritional indicators to a certain ex tent and improve the quality of life of patients.The method has the advantages of si mple operation,easy acceptance by patients and good safety,which reflects the advant ages of comprehensive treatment and deserves further clinical promotion. |
