| Objective:The design purpose of this study is to observe the curative effect of three needling methods in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy under the guidance of the meridian theory, compare the conventional acupuncture methods, and evaluate the curative effect of the two groups from multiple perspectives, hoping to provide a more effective scheme for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods:A total of 60 patients were included in this study. They were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with triple needling, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day,six days in a week, one day off,and the total course of treatment was four weeks. Before and after the treatment, the patients were assessed with the Neck Dysfunction Index(NDI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Tanaka Yasuhiro Tanaka symptom quantification and TCM symptom score, and the data were analyzed with statistical methods to reach the final conclusion. Results:There were 60 patients in this study.Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,2 fell off,and the number of patients who completed the whole course of treatment was 28.Among the 30 patients in the control group,1 fell off,and the number of patients who completed the whole course of treatment was 29.Therefore,the number of patients who completed the course of treatment in the two groups was 57.Results:There are a total of 60 patients in this study.Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,2 fell off,and the number of patients who completed the whole course of treatment was 28.Among the 30 patients in the control group,1 fell off,and the number of patients who completed the whole course of treatment was 29.Therefore,the number of patients who completed the course of treatment in the two groups was 57.1.Baseline comparison between the two groups:comparing the age, sex, course of disease and other conditions of patients in the treatment group and the control group,it was found that P>0.05 was not statistically significant,so it was comparable.2.Comparison of scales between the two groups before treatment:comparing the NDI,VAS,Yasuhiro Tanaka symptom quantification and TCM symptom score of the two groups,it was found that P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference,so it was comparable.3.Comparison of scales between the two groups after treatment:comparing the NDI,VAS,Yasuhiro Tanaka symptom quantification and TCM symptom score of the two groups,it was found that P<0.05 or P<0.01,the scores of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.This study mainly used NDI scale to calculate the total effective rate of the two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.76%,P<0.01,indicating that the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Both the three-needling method and the conventional acupuncture method are effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and the three-needling method is superior to the conventional acupuncture method, with a positive clinical effect.2.The three-acupuncture method can more effectively relieve the neck dysfunction, neck and shoulder pain and upper limb pain and discomfort than the conventional acupuncture method, improve the ability of daily life and work, and reduce the score of TCM symptoms. |
