Purpose:Based on the theory of meridian tendons, this study observed the clinical effect of advanced circular moxibustion in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke, and it provides a new plan and idea for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients who met the standard of Narrows were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. On the basis of routine medical treatment and rehabilitation training, the control group was treated with baclofen tablets,10 mg each time,3 timesa day;In the treatment group, advanced cycloxibustion treatment was added on the basis of the control group, with shoulder fixation node, elbowextension node, wrist extension finger node, hip flexion node, knee flexion node, ankle flexion node as the main point, once a day,6 times a week, rest on Sunday. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale(MAS),Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale(MBI)and simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)were used to score the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment, respectively,to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of general data: There were no significant differences in sex, age, course of illness, location and type of stroke between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of scoring scales: Before treatment,MAS,FMA and MBI scales of the two groups were comparable between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MAS scores of upper and lower limbs of the two groups were different compared with those before treatment, both within and between groups(P<0.05),indicating that muscle tone of the two groups could be improved, and the treatment group was superior to the matched group. The FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs of both groups were increased after treatment, and there were differences within and between groups(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the motor function of patients, and the treatment group wasbetter than the control group(P<0.05).The MBI score of the two groups was higher than that before cure, and there was a difference in the intra-group comparison(P>0.05),there was no significant difference among groups(P>0.05),indicating that the daily living ability of the two groups was improved after treatment, indicating that the efficacy of the two groups was comparable.3.Total response rate: The clinical overall response rate of this study was mainly based on the rating of MAS scale after the end of treatment. The total effective rate of upper limb therapy group was 86.7% higher than that of matched group 76.6%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the lower limb therapy group was 93.3% higher than that of the matched group 73.4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of meridian tendons, the application of advanced cycloxibustion moxibustion and oral baclofen tablets can reduce muscle tension, improve motor function and enhance the ability of daily living activities in patients with PSSP.2.Advanced circular moxibustion can further improve the clinical efficacy of PSSP treatment, and it is safe and effective.
