Clinical Observation Of Lujiang Xu’s Gynecological Pelvic Inflammation Prescription In Treating Fallopian Tubal Inflammatory Infertility Of Damp-Heat And Stasis Type

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Lujiang Xu’s Gynecological Pelvic Inflammation Formula in the treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility of damp-heat stasis type and explore its possible mechanism.MethodsSixty patients with salpingitis infertility of damp-heat stasis type were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Cefdinib capsule(1 capsule/time,3 times/day),and the research group was given Lujiang Xu’s Gynecological Pelvic Inflammation Formula(1 dose per day,200 m L of which was routinely decocted,and then taken warm in the morning and evening).Both groups began to take orally after the menstrual period was clean,and used continuously for 10 days,and treated for 3 menstrual cycles.During the treatment,both groups of patients were strictly contraception.After treatment,hysterosalpingography was performed on 3-7 days after the menstrual period was clean,and the patients with unobstructed fallopian tubes were instructed to have the same room,and were followed up for 6 months.Observe the TCM syndrome score,local physical sign score,serological index level(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、TGF-β1),tubal patency,pregnancy rate and clinical effect before and after treatment in the two groups.Results1.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.Local sign scores: After treatment,the local sign scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.Serological index: TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、TGF-β1 in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Fallopian tube patency: After treatment,the score of fallopian tube patency in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of fallopian tube patency in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Pregnancy rate: after treatment,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 60%,which was higher than that in the control group 33.3%(P<0.05).6.Clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group 63.3%(P<0.05).ConclusionThe Lujiang Xu’s Gynecological Pelvic Inflammation Formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with damp-heat stasis type salpingitis infertility,alleviate local physical signs in the lower abdomen,and reduce TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、TGF-β1.The level of first-class inflammatory mediators reduces the repeated exudation caused by local inflammation of the fallopian tubes,thereby reducing the edema and proliferation of fallopian tube tissue,improving the narrowing of the fallopian tube lumen,thereby improving the patency of the patient’s fallopian tubes,pregnancy rate,and clinical efficacy.
