Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jieguxujin Decoction combined with shoulder arthroscopic single row anchor suture on rotator cuff injury.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rotator cuff injury who met the inclusion criteria and received shoulder arthroscopic single-row anchor suture were collected from April 2021 to October 2022 in the inpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.There were 30 patients in the experimental group and30 patients in the control group.The arthroscopic single-row anchor suture surgery of all patients was completed by the same group of surgeons.After surgery,the two groups of patients were given routine postoperative treatment and postoperative exercise.The control group was given oral celecoxib,and the experimental group was given oral Jiegu Xujin decoction.VAS scores,UCLA scores,ASES scores,and shoulder joint motion(forward flexion,abduction,and internal rotation)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected and recorded and analyzed,and SPSS26.0 was used for data analysis.Results:(1)The age,course of disease,gender,preoperative VAS score,UCLA score,shoulder joint function score of ASES and shoulder joint range of motion(forward flexion,abduction and internal rotation)of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared,and there was no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.(2)VAS score: VAS score of the two groups decreased with the extension of time,and VAS score of each time point in the two groups had statistical differences(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the magnitude of VAS score decline between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)UCLA score: The UCLA score of the two groups increased with the extension of time,and the UCLA score of each time point in the two groups had statistical differences(P <0.05),and the improvement of the score of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)ASES scores: the ASES scores of the two groups increased with the extension of time,and the ASES scores of each time point in the two groups showed statistical differences(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the scores of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(5)shoulder range of motion: the postoperative range of motion of the two groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the postoperative range of motion of the two groups was significantly different at the time point of 2 weeks and4 weeks(P < 0.05),and with the extension of time,the improvement of the range of motion of the experimental group was more obvious,with statistical significance.(6)Safety comparison: No adverse reactions such as digestive tract reaction and allergic reaction occurred in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that the treatment of rotator cuff injury with Jieguxujin Decoction combined with shoulder arthroscopic single row anchor suture is safe and effective.Conclusion:Jieguxujin Decoction combined with single row anchor suture under shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of rotator cuff injury can significantly reduce postoperative pain and improve the function of the affected shoulder,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and is safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
