Objective1.To understand the current status of self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke;2.To explore the influencing factors of self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke;3.Analyze the relationship between social support, coping style, general information and self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke,so as to provide reference for developing effective intervention measures and improving the level of self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke.Method1.In this study,a total of 241 patients with sequelae stage of stroke who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology, neurosurgery, and Rehabilitation of a thirdclass A hospital in Hefei,Anhui Province were selected as the investigation objects from March 2022 to December 2022.In this study,The General data questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Selfacceptance Questionnaire(SAQ)were used to investigate the general data, social support, coping style and self-acceptance status of patients in the sequelae stage of stroke.2.In this study,Epi Data 3.1 software was used for data entry and sorting, and SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Frequency and composition ratio count data were used for statistical description.Mean ± standard deviation was used for statistical description of measurement data conforming to normal distribution. In the difference analysis,if the data conform to normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, the independent T-test and analysis of variance of two samples are used;if the data do not conform to normal distribution or have uneven variance, the non-parametric test is used.person correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between social support, coping style and self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of selfacceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke.Results1.In this study, the self-acceptance score of patients in the sequelae stage of stroke was(36.48±2.23)points,including the self-evaluation dimension(18.61±2.27)points and the self-acceptance dimension(17.87±1.93)points.2.In this study, the results of difference analysis showed that the self-acceptance scores of stroke sequelae stage patients had statistical significance in different gender, different marital status, different education level, different working status, different family per capita monthly income, different payment methods of medical expenses, different course of disease, different number of chronic diseases and different severity of diseases(m RS score)(P<0.05).3.In this study, correlation analysis showed that the total score of social support was positively correlated with the total score of self-acceptance(r=0.404,P<0.01),the scores of subjective social support dimension, objective social support dimension and utilization dimension of social support were also positively correlated with the total score of selfacceptance(r=0.210 ~ 0.535,P<0.05).In addition, the positive coping style dimension was also positively correlated with the total score of self-acceptance(r=0.485,P< 0.01).However,the negative coping style dimension was negatively correlated with the total score of self-acceptance(r=-0.442,P<0.01).4.In this study, the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the marital status, educational level, monthly income per capita in the family, payment method of medical expenses(medical insurance for employees),course of disease, number of chronic diseases, disease severity(m RS Score),social support, positive coping style and negative coping style in the general data entered the regression equation. This regression equation could explain 77.9% of the variation in self-acceptance in patients with sequelae stage of stroke.Conclusion1.In this study, the level of self-acceptance of patients in the sequelae stage of stroke is at a lower than medium level, which needs to be further improved.2.In this study, the self-acceptance level of stroke sequelae stage patients was positively correlated with the level of social support and positive coping style, and negatively correlated with negative coping style. The higher the level of social support, the higher the level of self-acceptance of stroke sequelae stage patients who adopted positive coping style.3.In this study, marital status, education level, per capita monthly income of family, payment method of medical expenses(medical insurance for employees),course of disease, number of chronic diseases, disease severity(m RS Score),social support and coping style are important factors affecting the level of self-acceptance of patients in the sequelae stage of stroke.
