Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type Of Parkinson’s Insomnia With Anpa Ningshen Decoction

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Anpa Ningshen Decoction on Parkinson’s insomnia with Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency,and to evaluate the safety of the treatment,in order to provide a new research idea for the clinical treatment of Parkinson’s insomnia with Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency.Method: Method:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the the encephalopathy Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 patients in each group.Patients in both groups with underlying diseases such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia or diabetes were still receiving treatment for underlying diseases.After enrollment,the original anti-PD drugs(pramexol,dopaminazide,amantadine,etc.)were maintained.Control group was given Wuling capsule(Zoli),3 capsules(0.33g/ capsule),3 times a day;The treatment group was given Ampaningshen Decoction orally,one dose a day,200 ml each time in the morning and evening.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The score changes of UPDRS-Ⅲ,PSQI,ISI,PDSS,TCM syndrome score scale and PSG parameters(sleep latency,wake times,wake time)were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect.Results: 1.Before treatment,the age,gender,course of disease,Hoehn-Yahr grade,UPDRS-Ⅲ score and sleep quality of the two groups were compared,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and53.33% in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,UPDRS-Ⅲ scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease of UPDRS-Ⅲ scores of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,PSQI and ISI scores were decreased,PDSS scores were increased,PSG test sleep latency time and wake time were shortened,and wake times were reduced(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Anpa Ningshen Decoction can significantly improve UPDRS-Ⅲ,PSQI,ISI,PDSS and TCM symptom scores of Parkinson’s insomnia patients with Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type,shorten sleep latency,wake time,reduce wake times,significantly improve insomnia and exercise symptoms,improve patients’ quality of life,with high safety and no adverse reactions.
