Clinical Observation Of Baihu Head Shaking Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Wind-cold-dampness Arthralgia

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Baihu head-shaking acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide a better scheme for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,increase the range of knee joint movement and improve the self-care ability of patients.Method:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed as wind-cold-dampness arthralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from January 2022 to December 2022 in the first department of acupuncture and moxibustion department of Wuhu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Acupuncture points are: Heding,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,calf nose,inner knee eye.After acupuncture,the treatment group was treated with white tiger shaking head acupuncture at Heding,Yinlingquan and Yanglingquan points,while the control group was treated with Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture.A total of two courses of treatment.The knee joint pain VAS score,knee joint WOMAC scale score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the observed data were recorded and sorted out for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The general data of gender,age,course of disease,knee joint pain VAS score,knee joint WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score before treatment were statistically analyzed,which showed that there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05),indicating that the general data of the two groups and knee joint pain VAS score,knee joint WOMAC score and TCM syndrome score before treatment were comparable.(2)After treatment,the knee joint pain VAS score,knee joint WOMAC total score,knee joint WOMAC pain score,stiffness score,daily activity difficulty score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were statistically analyzed.(P < 0.05)(3)After treatment,the knee joint pain VAS score,knee joint WOMAC total score,knee joint WOMAC pain score,stiffness score,daily activity difficulty score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were statistically significant.(P < 0.05)(4)After treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,better than that of control group 86.67%,P = 0.008(P < 0.05),and poor.Conclusion:Both Baihu head shaking acupuncture and Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type,and the curative effect is considerable.In terms of relieving the pain,stiffness and difficulty of daily activities of knee joint in patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness,and improving TCM syndromes and knee joint function,the therapeutic effect of Baihu shaking acupuncture is better than Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture.The total clinical effect of Baihu head shaking acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type is better than that of Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
