Objective:In this study,Qingbushengfa decoction combined with micronicles was used to introduce Minoxidil into the treatment of female damp-heat androgenetic alopecia.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,trichoscopic index changes and adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment,so as to provide more clinical treatment for female damp-heat androgenetic alopecia.Methods:Female patients with damp-heat androgenetic alopecia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group with Qingbushengfa decoction united micro needle import minoxidil,the control group only to import micro needle minoxidil,two groups of treatment for 12 weeks.The clinical symptom scores(pruritus,oil secretion,dandruff,scalp inflammation)and trichoscopy indexes(hair number,hair density,hair shaft diameter heterogeneity,yellow spots and PPS)were recorded before treatment and at the end of 12 weeks of treatment.Finally using SPSS27.0 to collect data for statistical analysis.Results:This study finally included 57 female patients with damp-heat androgenetic alopecia,including 28 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.Before treatment the two groups of data statistical analysis found that the treatment group and control group of gender,age,course of the disease,clinical symptom scores compared to hair the microscopic observation indexes had no statistical difference(P>0.05),two groups of comparable.1.Clinical symptom scores comparison: After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Observation indicators under hair microscopy.(1)Number of hair:the hair number of Tuwi,Baihui and posterior apex in 2 groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in increasing the number of hair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Hair density: the hair density of Tuwi,Baihui and posterior apex in 2 groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group to improve hair density effect is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Hair diameter heterogeneity: the heterogeneity of the hair shaft diameter of Tuwi,Baihui and posterior apex in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group to reduce the heterogeneity of the hair shaft diameter is better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)PPS and yellow dots : there was no significant effect on pericycle sign and yellow spot sign between the two groups after treatment,with no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Qingbushengfa Decoction combined with Minoxidil introduced by micronicles in the treatment of female damp-heat androgenic alopecia has good clinical efficacy.It is better than the control group in improving itching,oil secretion,dandruff and scalp inflammation,increasing hair number,hair density and reducing hair diameter heterogeneity,and has high clinical safety.Qingbushengfa decoction combined with microneedle minoxidil is worthy of clinical application and promotion in the treatment of female damp-heat androgenetic alopecia.
