Objective:To objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of wart syrup combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of heat stasis interconnected verruca plana through clinical observation,to explore its possible mechanism of action, and to study the effects of wart syrup combined with fire on SAS,SDS scale scores and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with verruca plana,so as to seek accurate, effective and safe new ideas for the treatment of heat stasis intertwined verruca plana in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Ninety patients with heat stasis interconnected verruca plana who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group, reference group 1 and reference group 2,with 30 cases each. The observation group was treated with wart syrup combined with fire acupuncture, with reference to group 1 for simple fire acupuncture, and thymopeptide enteric-coated capsule and 0.025% tretinoin cream for group 2.The skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score, anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS),T lymphocyte subset level, adverse reactions and recurrence after treatment were recorded in the three groups of patients. Results:During the study,1 group of no exfoliation cases was referenced;Referring to 2 groups who could not return to the clinic due to the epidemic lockdown,1 case was dropped by fire needle treatment, and 1 case fell off due to failure to adhere to fire needle treatment; In the observation group,1 case fell off due to failure to adhere to fire needle treatment, and 1 case was unable to return due to work transfer. Therefore,a total of 4 cases were shed,so the final observation group, reference 1 group and reference 2 groups in this study had 28 cases,30 cases and 28 cases,respectively.1.Baseline equilibrium comparison: There were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease, skin lesion score before treatment,TCM syndrome score,SAS and SDS scale score and T lymphocyte subset levels in the three groups, which could be analyzed and compared(P>0.05).2.Comparison of skin lesion scores: After treatment, the skin lesion scores of the three groups decreased, and the largest decrease was in the observation group, and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between reference group 1and reference group 2(P>0.05),and there were differences between the observation group and reference group 1 and reference group 2(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment, the scores of medical symptoms in the three groups were reduced and statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no difference between the reference 1 group and the reference 2 group(P>0.05),and there were differences between the observation group and the reference 1 group and the reference 2 group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of reference group 1 was 70%,the total effective rate of reference group 2 was 67.86%,and the total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%.After pair-by-pair comparison, there were differences between the observation group and reference 1 and reference 2(P<0.05),and there was no difference between reference 1 and reference 2(P>0.05).5.Comparison of psychological state: The SAS and SDS scores decreased after treatment in the three groups, but the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group 1 and the reference group 2(P<0.05).6.Comparison of T lymphocyte subset levels: the three groups of treatment regimens can increase the percentage of CD4+ T lymphocytes,CD3+ T lymphocyte percentage,CD4+/CD8+ ratio to a certain extent, and reduce the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes, among which the observation group and the reference group 1 group are better than the reference 2 group, and there are differences(P<0.05),and there is no difference between the observation group and the reference 1 group(P>0.05).7.Safety comparison: There were 3 cases,3 cases and 1 case in the reference group,3cases and 1 case in the observation group, all of which were mild adverse reactions(P>0.05).8.Compound rate:The recurrence rates of reference 1,reference 2 and observation groups were 37.5%,50% and 14.29%,respectively.There were differences between the observation group and reference 1 and 2(P<0.05),and there was no difference between reference 1 and reference 2(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wart syrup combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of hot stasis interconnected flat warts is effective, has high safety, low recurrence rate, has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, anxiety and depression, and can improve the immune function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
