Clinical Study On Dispelling Wind And Dispersing Knots Therapy For Facial Verruca Plana Of Wind Heat Toxin Syndrome

Objective:Clinical observation confirmed that the tutor’s prescription Yinhua Xiaoyou Decoction on the principle of dispelling wind and dispersing knots was effective against facial verruca plana wind heat toxin syndrome.Methods:The 72 cases were selected from patients in the outpatient department of dermatology in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2019 to November 2020,which were in line with the western medicine diagnosis of facial verruca plana and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of facial verruca plana syndrome of wind heat toxin.They were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Yinhua Xiaoyou Decoction(n=36)and control group treated with Qinlian capsule(n=36).Four weeks was a course of treatment.After two courses of continuous observation,make a observation and comparison of the two groups of cases of TCM syndrome,skin lesions and adverse reactions,etc.,and process statistical data for comparative analysis through SPSS24.0.Results:The actual cases was 66.In the treatment group,among 32 cases,8 cases were cured;11 cases were markedly effective;8 cases were effective;5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 84.38%.In the control group,among 34 cases,4 cases were cured;6 cases were markedly effective;12 cases were effective;12 cases were ineffective;and the total effective rate was 64.71%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups could improve TCM syndrome performance to varying degrees(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The number,diameter,thickness,color and pruritus degree of the two groups were improved to varying degrees(P<0.05);the number,thickness,color and itching degree of the lesions in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the treatment effect of the two groups in the diameter of the lesions was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:The tutor’s prescription Yinhua Xiaoyou Decoction on the principle of dispelling wind and dispersing knots is safe and effective in the treatment of facial verruca plana wind heat toxin syndrome,and its clinical efficacy is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine Qinlian capsule.
