Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Chaishao Erzhi San In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism Accompanied By Liver Injury And Its Correlation With ICAM-1 And CXCL10 Levels Function Injury

1 Objective:(1)Based on an earlier study,the end-of-life effects of hypothyroidism should be objectively assessed.(2)CXCL10 and ICAM-1 levels before and after liver injury caused by hyperthyroidism were treated with Chaishao Erzhi Powder to study their mechanism of action and provide the basis for clinical treatment.2 Methods:Sixty eligible patients with hyperthyroidism and liver injury were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was imidazole and phosphatidylcholine capsule,treatment group was imidazole and Chaishao Erzhi Powder.secondly,continuously 16 weeks after treatment,observed CXCL10,ICAM-1,thyroid function and so on in 4-8-12-16 weeks,and as soon as possible the two groups of learning process of treatment,causing adverse effects.SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the differences in efficacy and safety between groups.3 Results:(1)After treatment,the TCM evidence score and heart rate decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,FT3 and FT4 levels decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decrease was more pronounced in the treatment group(P<0.05);TSH levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increase was more pronounced in the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,and TBIL decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,CXCL10 and ICAM-1 levels decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the degree of goiter improved in both groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).(6)The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of control group was 76.67%,clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 Conclusions: Chaishao Erzhi Powder combined with methimazole tablets has better comprehensive clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver injury.Its mechanism may be to inhibit the expression of CXCL10 and ICAM-1 and other inflammatory factors,improve the condition of hyperthyroidism,relieve liver damage,protect liver function,and reduce symptoms patients.Studies have proved that this formula has significant curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which expands a new idea for the treatment of hyperthyroidism accompanied by liver function injury by traditional Chinese medicine.
