Clinical Research Of Erzhi Chaishao Powder On Serum Level Of IRISIN In Patients Xith Hyperthyroid Liver Damage

1 Objective To observe the effects of Chaishao Erzhi Powder on serum levels of Irisin,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a,CRP,thyroid function,liver function and TCM syndrome score in patients with hyperthyroidism and liver damage,and to observe the possible mechanism,clinical efficacy and safety of Chaishao Erzhi Powder in treating hyperthyroidism with liver damage due to liver deficiency and phlegm.2 Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,60 cases of hyperthyroidism with liv er damage were selected from outpatients and inpatients in the First Affiliated H ospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randoml y divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The control group was treat ed with anti-ATD and liver protection,while the treatment group was treated wit h Chaishao Erzhi Powder.Before and after treatment,serum Irisin,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a,CRP inflammatory factors,thyroid function,liver function and TCM synd rome scores were measured in both groups.All data were compared by statistical methods.3 Results1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(73.33%,P < 0.05).2)After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-a and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The serum leve ls of Irisin and IL-10 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The serum levels of Irisin and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the level o f serum CRP between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05).3)After treatment,FT3 and FT4 of the two groups showed a downward trend compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05);compared with the control gro up,the treatment group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05);TSH of the two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the treatment group increased significantly(P< 0.05).3)After treatment,ALT,AST,AKP,γ-GT and TBIL in the two groups showed a downward trend compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the degree of decline in the treatment group was signific ant(P < 0.05).4)After treatment,the degree of goiter in the two groups showed an improveme nt trend compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).6)After treatment,the heart rate of the two groups had a downward trend comp ared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,th e downward trend of the treatment group was significant(P < 0.05).7)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased(P< 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group w ere significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the differ ence was statistically significant.4 Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine treatment,Chaishao Erzhi Powder can im prove the clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism with liver damage,reduce the le vel of thyroid hormone and improve the safety.It can improve the expression of inflammatory factors in serum Irisin,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a and CRP.Its mechanis m may be through inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors,protecting li ver and reducing enzymes,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatm ent of hyperthyroidism with liver damage.
