The Therapeutic Effect Of Self-Drafted Ji Anpi Wenshen Huatan Prescription In The Treatment Of Patients With Stable COPD (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-drafted Jianpi Wenshen Huatan prescription in combination with conventional Western medicine protocols in the treatment of patients with stable COPD with deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease in Chinese medicine.Method:Sixty patients who met all the criteria were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method.In the control group,budesonide formoterol powder inhalation was used as the main agent,supplemented with health education and low-flow oxygen,while in the treatment group,the self-drafted Jianpi Wenshen Huatan prescription were added to this group for oral administration.The changes of TCM syndrome score,CAT,m MRC,lung function and immune-related indexes in both groups before and after treatment were observed in a treatment cycle of 8weeks,and statistical conclusions were drawn.Result:1.Study completion: One case in the control group was terminated due to acute exacerbation and one case in the treatment group was dropped midway due to compliance problems,and the final two groups each completed 29 cases.2.TCM evidence score and efficacy: After treatment,the TCM symptoms of both groups improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group had an advantage in the reduction of secondary symptoms and total points of symptoms(P<0.05),and the overall efficacy(82.76%)was higher than that of the control group(58.62%),a significant difference(P<0.05).3.CAT score: After treatment,CAT scores decreased in both groups,better in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.m MRC score: After treatment,the reduction in m MRC score was not significant in the control group(P>0.05)and significantly lower in the treatment group than the preintervention level(P<0.05),with no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).5.Lung function: After treatment,FEV1 and FVC improved in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in FEV1/FVC was not significant compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),while all the treatment groups improved and were better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Immune-related indexes: After treatment,changes in serum CD4%,CD4/CD8 and CD8%levels were not prominent in the control group(P>0.05),while serum CD4%,CD4/CD8 increased and CD8% decreased in patients in the treatment group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).7.Safety indicators: The safety indicators of patients in both groups before and after treatment were not significantly abnormal,and there were no significant adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:1.The self-drafted Jianpi Wenshen Huatan prescription can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the level of lung function and enhance the clinical efficacy of patients with both spleen and kidney deficiency in the stable stage of COPD to a certain extent.2.The self-drafted Jianpi Wenshen Huatan prescription is beneficial to improve the immune function of patients with spleen-kidney deficiency in the stable stage of COPD,and delay the disease progression to a certain extent.
