| Objective:Xin ’an Medicine originated from the ancient Huizhou area of Xin ’an River basin,and it is the medicine with strong regional characteristics of Huizhou in Traditional Chinese medicin e,and also the educational characteristics of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medic ine.Hui culture,Dunhuang culture and Tibetan culture are known as the three major region al cultures in China.They are the sum total of the material civilization and spiritual civilizat ion of one prefecture and six counties in ancient Huizhou,exerting a certain degree of influ ence on China and the world.Xin ’an medicine grows in the soil of Hui culture,so it has the characteristics of Hui culture and rich cultural deposits,which is the intersection of traditio nal Chinese medicine science and Huizhou culture.At present,the research on Hui culture a nd Xin ’an medicine mainly focuses on huizhou clan,Hui Shang and Xin ’an Neo-confucian ism.There are few studies on the interaction between Hui culture and Xin ’an medicine.As one of the main components of hui culture,hui merchants are also an important factor in th e formation and development of Xin ’an medical science.Therefore,this topic takes Huizho u merchants and Xin ’an Medical as the research object to explore the interaction between t he two.Methods:Three research methods are adopted in this paper.I.Literature Research method: A large nu mber of documents and monographs such as Xin ’an Records,Shexian Records and Xin ’an Medicine were consulted through libraries,Internet and electronic resource databases.To cl arify the research status of the relationship between Huizhou merchants and Xin ’an medici ne,and lay a theoretical foundation for the argument that Xin ’an medicine and Huizhou me rchants medicine rise and fall together,and Huizhou merchants influence Xin ’an medicine.Ii.Analysis of induction: Comb and summarize related literature of Huizhou merchants and Xin ’an Medical science,and analyze their development context and characteristics.Then we can put forward reasonable arguments from economic and spiritual aspects clearly.Iii.C omparative research method: Through the comparative study of the development of Xin ’an Medical Science and Huizhou merchants Medical Science in the order of time and space,th e development law of the two is analyzed,so as to obtain the effective argument that the ris e and fall of the two are synchronized.Results:By combing the interactive development process of Xin ’an medicine and Huizhou merchan ts from the time context,it is found that Xin ’an medicine and Huizhou merchants both bega n in Jin and Tang Dynasties,appeared in Song and Yuan Dynasties,flourished in Ming and Qing Dynasties,and declined in the early Republic of China.And where Huizhou merchant s footprints,Xin ’an doctors will follow.The development trend of the two is basically the s ame regardless of time and space.Through the hierarchical discussion on the influence of t he two on each other’s development,it is concluded that Huizhou merchants have enriched t he development of Xin’an Medicine from four aspects: economy,spirit,communication and talents,and conversely,the development of Xin’an medicine has also promoted the develop ment of Huizhou merchants from three aspects: health security,spirit and management,bot h of which play an important role in each other’s development process.Conclusion:Through the study of Xin ’an Medical Science and Huizhou merchants,it is concluded that t hey have mutual influence,co-existence and mutual promotion in their development.As an important part of Hui culture,the research on the interactive development of Xin ’an medici ne and Hui Shang can provide new ideas for the future research on the history of Xin ’an m edicine,and has certain enlightenment for the future research on the interactive developmen t of Xin ’an medicine and the internal elements of Hui culture.It is also of great significanc e for the deepening and refined development of the research on Xin ’an medicine and Xin ’a n medicine. |
