Objective:By collecting information on constitution types of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and the electrical conductivity of the original points of the twelve channels,explore the relationship between the typical constitution types of patients with COPD and the electrical conductivity(Impedance value and equilibrium coefficient value)of the original points of the twelve meridians,and provide TCM diagnosis,prevention for COPD New scientific evidence,and provide technical support for the study of electrical conductivity of acupoints.Methods: Ninety patients with the typical constitution types of COPD disease(30patients in the qi deficiency group,30 patients in the phlegm-damp group,and 30 patients in the yang deficiency group)were collected and included in the typical constitution types group of COPD disease,and 30 subjects with the healthy and calm body type were included in the control group.The research supervisor developed and obtained a national patent for a software instrument with the functions of TCM physique type determination and acupuncture point electrical characteristics detection(TCM physique evaluation and organ balance detection system),in which the physique type determination method was referred to the "TCM Physique Classification and Judgment Standard".The acquisition of acupuncture point electrical data was done with a collection stylus equipped with a 48-way collection device,and all subjects first had the original points on the left side of the body: Taiyuan point(LU9),Hegu point(LI4),Daling point(PC7),Yangchi point(SJ4),Shenmen point(HT7),Wangu point(SI4),Taibai point(SP3),Chongyang point(ST42),Taichong point(LR3),Qiuxu point(GB40),Taixi point(KI3),and Jinggu point(BL64)were collected sequentially,followed by the original points on the right side of the body(in the same order as the left side).The data were then automatically uploaded to the PC of the instrument,and the analysis unit processed the data to obtain information on the electrical characteristics(impedance values and balance coefficient values)of the 12 meridian acupoints.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS24.0 software,and the differences were statistically significant at P(27)0.05 and at P(27)0.01.Result:(1)The mean impedance of Taiyuan point(LU9)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),the mean impedance of Taibai point(SP3)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.05),and the mean impedance of Taixi point(KI3)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01);the equilibrium coefficient of Taiyuan point(LU9)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the equilibrium coefficient of Daling point(PC7)was obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the equilibrium coefficient of Yangchi point(SJ4)was obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).(2)The mean impedance of Taiyuan point(LU9)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),the mean impedance of Yangchi point(SJ4)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the mean impedance of Taichong acupoint(LR3)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).The equilibrium coefficients of Taiyuan point(LU9)were obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),Taibai point(SP3)were obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and Chongyang point(ST42)were obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).(3)The mean impedance of Taiyuan point(LU9)was higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.05),the mean impedance of Shenmen point(HT7)was higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),the mean impedance of Chongyang point(ST42)was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the mean impedance of Taixi point was obviously higher than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).The equilibrium coefficient of Shenmen point was greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.05),the equilibrium coefficient of Chongyang point was greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the equilibrium coefficient of Taixi point(KI3)was obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01),and the balance coefficient of Jinggu point(BL64)was obviously greater than that of the control group(P(27)0.01).Conclusion:(1)Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary qi deficiency had abnormally high impedance values at the twelve original meridian points of Taiyuan(LU9),Taibai(SP3),and Taixi(KI3);the left and right Taiyuan(LU9),Daling(PC7),and Yangchi(SJ4)points were in an imbalanced state.(2)Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary phlegm-dampness have abnormally high impedance values at the Taiyuan(LU9),Yangchi(SJ4),and Taichong(LR3)points among the twelve original meridian points;the left and right Taiyuan(LU9),Taibai(SP3),and Chongyang(ST42)points are in imbalance.(3)Patients with Yang deficiency in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have abnormally high impedance values at the twelve original meridian of the Taiyuan(LU9),Shenmen(HT7),Chongyang(ST42),and Taixi(KI3);the left and right Shenmen(HT7),Chongyang(ST42),Taixi(KI3),and Jinggu(BL64)points are out of balance(4)There is a correlation between the typical constitution types of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the electrical characteristics of the 12 original points of the meridians.Patients with typical body type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have abnormally high impedance values of some of the primary points and some of the primary points are in an imbalanced state. |
