| Background: Tuina Manipulation of TMA and TCM is a unique one of the traditional Chinese medical tuina techniques.The strength of the tuina technique is based on Tai Chi,and it has the characteristics of vigorous force and heavy lifting.The martial arts technique not only has significant effects in the diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint diseases,but also has the characteristics of rapid curative effect in the clinical treatment of soft tissue injuries,and often relieves the pain within a few seconds.However,the current martial arts massage technique focuses on the exploration of clinical efficacy and mechanism of action,and the quantitative research on the mechanical parameters of this technique is not yet complete.If the mechanical parameters of the technique are quantified,this will effectively promote the operation,communication and dissemination of the technique.Objective: This study will take the point pressure as an example,using the Finger TPS finger tactile pressure system to measure the mechanical parameters of TMA and TCM experts,and use the literature review method to collect the mechanical parameters of other schools of tapping methods to compare with them,revealing the martial arts massage technique.The characteristics of mechanics enrich the connotation of martial arts techniques.In addition,the comparison of the mechanical parameter characteristics between TMA and TCM experts and male beginners in the tapping method provides a quantitative basis for the inheritance,teaching,promotion and clinical application of martial arts massage techniques.Methods: This research is divided into two parts:(1)Using Finger TPS finger tactile pressure measurement system,real-time measurement and recording of dynamic graphics and mechanical data(wave crest,trough,period,main work period,force exertion)of a TMA and TCM expert’s thumb-click method Angle),and then according to the mathematical method,the frequency of the technique,the impulse,strength and periodic uniformity of the main work period are obtained.According to the individual’s strength in clinical practice,there are three types of strength: light,medium,and heavy.The tapping method was performed on the lumbar erector spinae of healthy subjects.Each strength method was continuously tested for 30 s and collected 3 times.Then we searched databases such as CNKI and Pub Med through the literature search method,collected and summarized the mechanical parameters of other schools of click-and-click methods,and compared them with the mechanical parameters of martial arts experts.(2)The mechanical parameters of the TMA and TCM expert’s tapping method have been measured in the research method(1),so no repeated measurement will be performed.Using Finger TPS finger tactile pressure measurement system,real-time measurement and recording of dynamic graphics and mechanical parameters of 15 male beginners tapping method,the specific operation method and process are consistent with the test of TMA and TCM expert tapping method.38.90~102.66Results:(1)(1)The parameter range of the TMA and TCM expert’s point pressure was 38.90~102.66 N,the trough was 17.99~49.94 N,the frequency was108.95~117.43 times/min,and the impulse of the main work period was6.27~22.59N·s.The comparison of the peaks,troughs,impulse of the main work period,and the uniformity of the strengths of the TMA and TCM expert’s own different techniques were statistically different(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between the peaks and troughs of the TMA and TCM and the impulse of the main work period.(2)through literature review,the included studies mainly involved click the strength(peak value)method,frequency and duration of the way three indicators.In terms of wave crest value,we ccould obtain from 32 documents as a whole.The wave crest values of other genres were mostly concentrated in 0~60N,and only one document had wave crest values between91 and 102.The peak value of the martial arts expert’s click method wass38.90~102.66 N,which was obviously higher than the peak value of other schools of click method.In terms of frequency,it was generally available from 15 documents.The frequency of most documents of other genres was 0-50 times/min,and the frequency of 2 documents exceeds 120 times/min.The frequency of tapping by TMA and TCM experts was 108.95~117.43 times/min,which was generally faster than the frequency of tapping by other schools.In addition,4 articles reported on the duration,which ranged from 6 to 60 s.The duration of the martial arts technique expert’s technique was 30 s,which was at an intermediate level compared with other schools.Affected by the number of included documents,the comparison results still need more research and further demonstration.(2)(1)There are statistical differences between the peaks,troughs,cycles,main power period,force angle,and impulse of main power period of male beginners under different strengths(P<0.05);(2)Under different strengths,TMA and TCM expert’s Compared with male beginners,the peaks,troughs,periods,main work period,force angle,frequency,and impulse of the main work period of the TMA and TCM expert’s maneuver were statistically significant(P<0.05);the martial art expert maneuver was severe The intensity uniformity of the click method is lower than that of male beginners,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through literature review and comparison of the mechanical parameters of other schools of tapping method,it is found that the peak value of the TMA and TCM expert tapping method is generally higher,the frequency is faster and stable,which further indicates that the martial arts massage technique is vigorously sinking.,It has obvious advantages in mechanical efficiency and technique speed.(2)In this study,the point-and-click method was used as an example to measure the mechanical parameters of martial arts massage using Finger TPS finger tactile pressure measurement system.Compared with beginners,TMA and TCM expert tapping has higher peaks,troughs,and impulse,greater force angles,shorter cycle and main work periods,better strength and cycle uniformity,which reflects " The mechanics characteristics of the technique are large,explosive,rapid,fast,consistent and stable. |
