Professor Zhang Jie’s Rule Of Differentiation Andtreatment Of Piman’s Disease And Its Clinic Empirical Study

Objective: The cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records was applied to the research on the law and clinical experience of Professor Zhang Jie’s differentiation and treatment of distention and fullness.The mature modern data mining technology platform was used to dig and analyze Professor Zhang Jie’s clinical medical records and related literature,so as to explore the etiology,pathogenesis,characteristics of treatment and medication characteristics of Professor Zhang Jie’s treatment of distention and fullness disease,so as to provide more abundant means for the TCM treatment of distention and fullness.Method: This topic starts with the actual medical records of Professor Zhang Jie’s outpatient treatment of Piman patients.Through the database of Zhang’s outpatient medical records,the effective medical records that meet the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of Ben Piman are screened.The patients’ basic information,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse,syndrome types,treatment methods and prescriptions are processed in a standardized manner.Then,data mining was carried out in the analysis pool of "Cloud Platform of ancient and modern medical cases".Finally,analysis and discussion were carried out according to the statistical results,in order to explore the law and medication characteristics of Professor Zhang Jie’s differentiation and treatment of Piman disease.Results:1: Through the analysis of clinical symptoms and treatment methods and drugs,the disease location of distention and fullness was mainly in the spleen and stomach,liver,lung and large intestine,and the main pathogenesis was classified as the weakness of the spleen and stomach,qi stagnation and stasis,which was summarized as "deficiency-toxin-stasis".The characteristics of the treatment were mainly reflected in the spleen-yang based,liver and spleen building,removing blood stasis and detoxifying,as well as strengthening the right,which was in line with the main pathological characteristics of the course of the disease of distention and fullness.2: The top 10 most frequently used herbs were ginger pinellia,dried ginger,codonopsis codonopsis,dandelion,fried coptis chinensis,fried atractylodes atractylodes,fried Paeony,scutellaria baicalensis,Fritillary Thunbergii and magnolia officinalis.From the four Qi and five tastes,to warm,cold and peaceful drugs,take more xin,bitter sweet.From the point of view of drug channel analysis,it is more into the spleen and stomach,lung and liver channels.3: Based on drug association rules and complex network analysis,13 core drug combinations and one potential new prescription were obtained,among which the three combinations with the highest frequency were pinellia gingerae-dried ginger,pinellia gingerae-codonopsis codonopsis-Stir-fried atractylodes.Potential new prescriptions were dried ginger,ginger pinellia,codonopsis codonopsis,stir-fried atractylodes atractylodes,stir-fried Coptis chinensis and dandelion.Conclusion:1: The position of distention and fullness disease is mainly in the spleen and stomach,which is related to the liver and lung.The spleen and stomach are external and internal to each other.One is wet soil and the other is Yang soil.The main qi is raised and lowered,and the liver and the spleen and stomach live together in the middle coke with close functional connection.Lung in the upper jiao,the main gas division breathing,and the large intestine,if Xuanfa Su down,can also lead to the occurrence of ruffian.2: The pathogenesis of Piman disease is deficiency and solid,which is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,and the weakness of the spleen Yang is the key.The disorder of liver and spleen is easy to lead to the disorder of middle coke qi,which is also an important pathogenesis of fullness.Exogenous and endogenous poisons are the important factors of the disease.The poisons hurt the healthy qi.Because of the deficiency and dampness-heat stasis toxin,the disease is often manifested as the syndrome of both deficiency and substance.3: In terms of treatment,the basic treatment is to tonify the middle and boost the temperature of the spleen Yang,harmonize the liver and the spleen to build the middle coke,remove the blood stasis and detoxify the body,which accords with the diagnosis and
