Objective: This study made use of the operability, objectivity, noninvasive and safety of surface electromyography test to record the characteristics of Berg balance scale, standing time on one foot with eyes open and eyes closed and surface electromyographic signals of lower limb muscle groups before and after weight-bearing heel lifting training in sitting posture in elderly women, and to explore the effects of weight-bearing heel lifting training in sitting posture on static balance ability of elderly women. To provide scientific basis for the rehabilitation training strategy to improve the static balance ability of elderly women. Methods: Forty eligible subjects were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and loading and lifting group with sitting posture, with 20 cases in both groups.Participants of the control group were asked not to change their daily habits and maintain their current activities during the 2-week study period. The training time was 2weeks,7 days a week, once a day in the morning and once a day in the evening.10 movements were divided into 1 group and 3 groups were trained each time.Subjects in both groups were assessed static balance function once before and after 2 weeks of training.Including evaluation, open the Berg balance scale test stand on one foot(single–legged openeyed standing test SOST)test and close my eyes on one leg(single–legged closed-eyed standing test,SCST),the methods of lower limbs Electrogram test.Results:(1)There was no statistical significance in the baseline indexes of age, height and weight between the sitting weight-bearing heel lifting group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline values of the two groups were comparable.(2)There was no statistical significance in Berg balance scale and standing time on one leg with eyes open and eyes closed between the two groups before training(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in standing time on one leg with eyes open after training(P>0.05).Scores of Berg balance scale and standing time on one leg with eyes closed after training were improved compared with those before training. There was statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)The score of Berg balance scale and the time of standing on one leg with eyes closed were improved after training in the sitting weight lifting group, with statistical differences(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the time of standing on one leg with eyes open(P>0.05).(4)The score of Berg balance scale, standing time on one leg with eyes closed and standing time on one leg with eyes open after 2 weeks in the control group were not clearly improved, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).(5)After training,RMS,IEMG and MF of right lateral femoris muscle, bilateral tibialis anterior muscle, bilateral soleus muscle, medial head of gastrocnemius muscle and lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle in sitting weight lifting group were statistically significant compared with before training(P <0.05).There was no statistical significance in RMS,IEMG and MF of bilateral gluteus medius, bilateral gluteus maximus superior bundle, bilateral gluteus maximus inferior bundle, bilateral tensor fascia lata, left vastus lateralis and bilateral vastus medialis after training compared with before training(P > 0.05).(6)There was no statistical significance in RMS,IEMG and MF of bilateral gluteus medius, bilateral gluteus maximus superior bundle, bilateral gluteus maximus inferior bundle, bilateral tensor fascia lata, bilateral vastus lateralis, bilateral vastus medialis, bilateral tibialis anterior muscle, bilateral soleus, bilateral gastrocnemius medial head and bilateral gastrocnemius lateral head before and after observation in control group(P > 0.05).(7)The RMS,IEMG and MF values of the right lateral femoris muscle, bilateral tibialis anterior muscle, bilateral soleus muscle, medial head of bilateral gastrocnemius muscle and lateral head of bilateral gastrocnemius muscle before and after training were statistically significant between the sitting weight-bearing heel lifting group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the RMS,IEMG and MF values of bilateral gluteus medius, bilateral gluteus maximus superior bundle, bilateral gluteus maximus inferior bundle, bilateral tensor fascia lata, left vastus lateralis and bilateral vastus medialis(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)This study found that two-week sitting weight lifting training can improve the RMS,IEMG and MF of the right lateral femoris muscle, bilateral tibialis anterior muscle, bilateral soleus muscle, bilateral medial head of gastrocnemius muscle and lateral head of bilateral gastrocnemius muscle in elderly women.(2)This study found that two weeks of weight-bearing calf raising training in sitting posture could improve the score of Berg scale and the time of standing with one leg closed eyes, improve the muscle recruitment ability and fatigue resistance of lateral femoris muscle, tibialis anterior muscle, soleus muscle, medial head of gastrocnemius muscle and lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle in elderly women, and thus improve the static balance ability.(3)This study found that the dominant side of elderly women may affect the correlation of strength and balance on the non-dominant side, suggesting that attention should be paid to the strengthening of the non-dominant side when using weight lifting training in sitting posture.(4)The results of this study found that twoweek sitting weight-bearing heel lifting training can better improve the ankle function of elderly women, which can provide reference for the formulation of fall prevention programs for elderly women.(5)The results of this study found that two-week sitting weight-bearing heel lifting training can improve the knee and ankle joint coordination of elderly women, and can be used as a routine and home-based balance training program for elderly women.
