Background:Lymphoma is a malignancy of lymph node and lymphoid tissue origin, and its mechanism of occurrence is associated with some kind of immune cell deterioration during lymphoproliferation and differentiation.Lymphomas,by histopathological changes, can be classified as Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. At present, the gold standard for diagnosis of NHL is still pathological biopsy, and when according to Ann Arbor staging and prognosis assessment,it involves more examination items and more expenses. Therefore,it is very important to find more simple, rapid and accurate, and affordable laboratory indicators for early recognition and staging of the disease prognosis. Objective:To study their differences between NHL patients and healthy people, and between different stages, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),β2-microglobulin(β2-mg)and the association of all three with disease diagnosis, meanwhile, further studies on NLR,LDH,β2-mgThe discriminatory value of three combinations for NHL staging. Methods:Collect NHL patients admitted to the Department of Hematology and the Department of Oncology of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from October 2020 to October 2022 and the outpatients in the same period for physical examination, collect and measure the peripheral blood NLR,LDH and β2-MG level, and compare whether there is difference between healthy group, lymphoma group and lymphoma group in different stages.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were constructed and the areas under the curves were analyzed comparing NLR,LDH and β2-mg and the association of all three combined with NHL diagnosis.Spss26.0 software was used to analyze the data,t-test was used for comparison between two groups, and one-way ANOVA was used for comparison among multiple groups.NLR,LDH,β2-mg as statistical variables,a ROC curve was established, and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.Joint ROC curve for all three:by building a logistic regression model, the probability value was calculated, and the ROC curve was fitted.Results:1.A total of 85 non Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients and 90 healthy control groups were enrolled.Compared with the healthy control group, the NLR,LDH β2-MG were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.According to Ann Arbor staging, there were 33 patients in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and 52 patients in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ Compared with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients, the NLR,LDH β2-MG were significantly higher than those of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.By establishing ROC curves, the NLR,LDH β The areas under the 2-MG curve are 0.59,0.84,and 0.83,respectively.The combined values of the three indicators are 0.87.The optimal cutoff values are 1.29,239,and 2.42,respectively.The sensitivity of the combined detection of three indicators is higher than that of NLR,LDH、β2-MG was detected separately, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients’ peripheral blood NLR,LDH β2-MG is significantly elevated and has a certain correlation with the severity of the disease.2.Both NLR,LDH β2-MG and three combined tests have certain reference value for the diagnosis and clinical staging of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma disease.
