| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Fuzheng acupuncture prescription combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma,and to provide clinical basis for the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,80 children diagnosed as chronic bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the control group and 40 in the treatment group,75 in the final completed cases,38 in the treatment group and 37 in the control group.Both the control group and the treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation(Seretide)inhalation.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Acupuncture points were selected according to the principle of Wenyang Fuzheng:DU14,BL12,EX-B1,BL13,BL20,BL23.After getting qi,moxibustion was given.The control group and the treatment group were treated with sulidade inhalation every day according to the doctor’s advice for 4 weeks.On this basis,the treatment group took a rest of 2 days a week for 4 weeks(4 weeks as a course of treatment)during acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The TCM syndrome score,asthma control test(ACT)score,asthma clinical symptom score and lung function index of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:1.Comparison of various data before treatment:There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender,age,course of disease and degree of disease(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score,ACT score,clinical symptom score and lung function index before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The overall effect of TCM syndrome after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.78%.The overall effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:The total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,suggesting that both groups could reduce the total score of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).The treatment group can significantly improve the scores of various syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).The control group can improve the three syndromes of wheezing,coughing and wheezing(P<0.05),while the treatment group can significantly improve the scores of various syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,and significantly improve the symptoms of phlegm,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,anorexia,susceptibility to colds,low back pain,and chilliness(P<0.05).4.ACT score:The comparison of ACT scores before and after treatment between the two groups showed that both groups could improve the ACT score(P<0.05).The improvement of ACT score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Asthma clinical symptom score:The total clinical symptom score,daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The control group can improve the three syndromes of wheezing,coughing and wheezing(P<0.05),while the treatment group can significantly improve the scores of various syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05),and significantly improve the symptoms of phlegm,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,anorexia,susceptibility to colds,low back pain,and chilliness.6.Pulmonary function index:FEV1%pred and PEF in the two groups higher after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of pulmonary function index(FEV1%pred and PEF)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and seretide group is significantly better than that of the single seretide group.The combination of Wenyang Fuzheng Fang acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of asthma,significantly improve lung function indicators,reduce the frequency of asthma attacks,and the efficacy is safe and reliable,which is suitable for clinical promotion. |
