Purpose:To analyze the expression of CD52 in breast cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues, and to explore the relationship between its expression level in breast cancer and clinicopathological parameters.Method:(1)Using R language and relevant data analysis package, the initial data information of cancer and normal samples downloaded from TCGA database will be sorted out,and the expression difference of CD52 m RNA in breast cancer tissue and normal tissue was analyzed.(2)The clinicopathological data of 30 patients with breast cancer and 30 pairs of corresponding cancerous and normal adjacent tissues were collected and divided into study group and control group according to the tissue source.HE staining and Masson staining were used to study the structural differences between breast cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues;Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of CD52 in breast cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues, and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters was statistically analyzed.Result:(1)The database showed that the expression level of CD52 in breast cancer tissue was higher than that in normal tissue, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression level of CD52 in the early stage of the disease is higher than that in the late stage.(2)The clinical specimens were examined by HE and Masson staining. There showed that most of the nuclei of breast cancer presented deep staining, forming clumps, and the internal structure was disordered;Normal breast structures can be seen in normal tissue adjacent to cancer, with some breast acini, ducts, and vascular structures visible.Immunofluorescence results showed that the expression level of CD52 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CD52 expression in breast cancer was significantly correlated with TNM stage(P<0.05).The expression level of CD52 was not correlated with histological grade, age, tumor diameter, menstrual status, molecular typing and other pathological features(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)CD52 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissue in TCGA dataset, and the high expression level of CD52 indicates the early stage of breast cancer.(2)The experimental sample verification found that the expression level of CD52 in breast cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue was different; The expression of CD52 in breast cancer is related to TNM stage, and the expression level of CD52 in early breast cancer is higher than that in late breast cancer, suggesting that CD52 can predict the stage of breast cancer.
