| Objective:To analysis the imageology parameters of the single segment degenerative lumbar Spondylolisthesis(DLS),and evaluate the relationship between the imageology parameters with the degree of DLS.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study.328 patients were enrolled in our study who were diagnosed at the Department of Spine Surgery,Xiangya Hospital,Central South University from January 2017 to December 2020 due to the low back pain,contains164 patients with a single L4 segment DLS(DLS group)and 175 healthy persons without degenerative lumbar diseases(control group).X-ray,Computed Tomography(CT),and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)Imaging data of the patients were obtained,and the Disc Degeneration(DD),Disc Height Radio(DHR),Lumbar Index(LI),L4 Inclination Angle(L4IA),Lumbar Lordosis Angle(LLA),Lumbar Sacral Angle(LSA),Sacral Horizontal Angle(SHA),Sacral Inclination Angle(SIA),Facet Joint Angle(FJA),Facet Joint Osteoarthritis(FJOA),Endplate Degeneration(EPD),The Length of Transverse Process(TPL),The Width of Transverse Process(TPW),Cross-sectional Areas(CSA)and Fatty Infiltration Percentage(FIA%)were analyzed.Difference analysis was conducted between DLS group and control group.Correlation analysis between those imageology parameters with DLS degree were performed in DLS group.Logistic regression analysis was performed degree to evaluate the independent predict factors of patients with DLS.Results:Compared with the control group,the imageology parameters of DHR,DHIR,LLA,SHA and SIA were significantly lower(P < 0.05),and the LI,L4 IA,FJOA,FJA,DD,EPD,multifidus FIA%,TPL and TPW were significantly higher(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that DHR,LI,L4 IA,FJOA,FJA,multifidus FIA% were positively correlated with DLS degree,while DHIR,SIA were negatively correlated with DLS degree.LI,L4 IA,FJOA and FJA might be the risk factors of L4 DLS.Conclusion:LI,L4 IA,FJOA and FJA were significantly improved in DLS group,and they might be the risk factors for DLS. |
