Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak has had a serious negative impact on the global healthcare service industry and has put tremendous pressure on domestic healthcare resources.With the stabilization of COVID-19,the prevention and control of the epidemic across the country have shifted to normalization,and medical institutions across the country have gradually resumed their daily medical activities,but there are still problems in terms of medical resources,such as high pressure for visits to upper-level hospitals or unified standards for disease control and management in primary hospitals.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to play the role of primary care hospitals and consider unifying management standards at all levels of medical institutions.Clinical practice guidelines(CPG)and expert consensus,as important guiding documents for clinical staff,have become important countermeasure suggestion documents essential for guiding medical practice,and abstracting textual clinical guidelines into a computer processable model is an important breakthrough to solve the disparity of medical resources.Guidelines are mainly used and guided by primary care physicians,and they can assist primary care physicians in making accurate diagnostic assessments and interventions for diseases,and they are also an important source of knowledge for the ontology design process.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of primary care physicians in managing hypertensive patients during special periods,effectively reduce the risk of epidemic infection and relieve the pressure of treatment in upper and lower-level hospitals,this paper proposes to use the method of building disease domain ontologies to select hypertensive chronic diseases that are severely affected during epidemics,and structure the information of hypertension clinical guidelines to provide reusable ontology models for hypertension prevention and management in the context of epidemics.The main research components and methods of this paper are.(1)Summarizing the concepts and definitions related to the main research objects of the article through the literature research method,and systematically outlining the relevant studies on digital clinical guidelines and ontology theory,understanding the contents of authoritative hypertension clinical guidelines at home and abroad,and screening hypertension primary clinical guidelines that meet the proposed application scenario of this paper.(2)We used comparative analysis to compare different knowledge expression models of guidelines,medical ontology construction methods,and ontology evaluation methods at home and abroad,and selected the most suitable method for the design of hypertension ontology in this study to ensure the scalability and scientificity of the ontology.(3)In the ontology construction method,the "Seven-step Method" was combined with the "reasoning-reuse method",and the Protégéontology editor was used to construct the hypertension ontology,and the abstracted knowledge of clinical guidelines was extracted to determine We used the Protégé ontology editor to build the hypertension domain ontology,abstracted the knowledge of clinical guidelines to determine the class concepts,object properties,and data properties of the hypertension ontology,and created concrete instances based on the existing concepts and relationships.Add SWRL semantic rules with SWRLTab in the editor to construct diagnostic rules for hypertensive patients in different populations under COVID-19,and review the inference results with Pellet inference machine.(4)Feedback optimization of hypertension ontology quality using ontology assessment method.In this study,the quantitative metrics in OntoQA ontology assessment tool are selected to assess the ontology,and Relationship Richness,Attribute Richness,Inheritance Richness,Class Richness,and average distribution of instances across all classes in this metric are selected for the quantitative evaluation of hypertension ontology,which can verify the diversity of structures in the hypertension ontology schema,the knowledge expression ability of the ontology and the construction status of the ontology knowledge base.The main findings of this paper are.(1)A new medical domain ontology construction method is proposed to address the shortcomings of the current disease domain ontology construction method,which lacks ontology evaluation steps.While retaining the authoritative recognition of the "Seven-step Method",the evaluation feedback mechanism of the "inference-reuse method" is borrowed to make the ontology construction process more consistent with the ontology life cycle process,facilitate the expansion of ontology domain knowledge,and ensure the rigor of ontology design.(2)The OWL ontology-based domain knowledge representation method for hypertension clinical guidelines was implemented by structuring the conceptual logic relationships of professional hypertension clinical guidelines.The digital ontology of hypertension clinical guidelines under epidemic was constructed using Protégé 5.5.The classification of ontology classes,relationships between classes and instances in this study is more detailed,including 9 major classes with 104 classes,31 object properties,59 data properties and 152 instances,and the deepest level of ontology structure is 4 levels.(3)For the first time,quantitative analysis was used to assess the ontology quality of the hypertension disease domain.In this paper,the OntoQA index was used to quantitatively evaluate the digital clinical guideline hypertension ontology in the context of the COVID-19,and the evaluation results showed that the hypertension ontology model designed in this study has a clear structure,covers the hypertension domain expertise more comprehensively,and the structure,relationship and instance of the ontology expresses knowledgeability,and after comparing with other hypertension ontology quality,the hypertension ontology of this study The quality is higher.
