Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Regional Medical Resource Allocation In China

The right to life and health is the guarantee and premise for people to participate in various social activities.It is a basic right owned by people.In the report of the 19 th national congress,General Secretary Xi highly stressed that China should pay attention to the people’s right to life and health and effectively provide three-dimensional and comprehensive relevant medical and health services for the people.With the continuous advancement of China’s medical and health reform,the characteristic medical service system and health system in line with China’s national conditions have been continuously improved.However,due to economic,cultural,historical and other reasons,different provinces and regions have formed a certain gap in many aspects of the current situation of medical resources.From the national level,in order to maximize the balance and rationalization of medical and health resources in various regions,we must take corresponding measures to guide the distribution of medical and health resources more reasonable,so that residents can enjoy medical and health resources equally and fairly.This paper will describe the current situation of China’s medical and health resource allocation in recent years according to the existing factual basis and data,and some relevant data indicators of medical and health resources in China’s health statistical yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook,and calculate the difference of medical resources in 31 provinces and cities in China in 2020 by using the methods of cluster analysis and RSR comprehensive evaluation in Library and information analysis methods,Divide and compare the current situation of medical resource allocation in China,and describe the differences.In the difference analysis,this paper intends to analyze the regional differences from three aspects: the total amount of medical and health resources,the per capita possession of medical and health resources and high-quality medical resources,so as to comprehensively summarize the regional distribution characteristics of China’s current medical resource allocation.According to the differences of medical resources between the assessed regions,combined with China’s national conditions and the characteristics of various provinces and regions,further analyze the causes of the current situation of regional medical resource allocation differences,comprehensively analyze and summarize the characteristics according to the causes,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies of medical resource allocation.
