| In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system and people’s increasing concern for health in the post-epidemic era,the contracted service of family doctors has gradually entered the public eye.Since the pilot project of family doctor contract service was launched in 2011,family doctor contract service has covered all 34 provincial-level administrative regions in China, with the signing rate reaching 60% and the signing rate among key groups reaching 85%.Changsha county, which is part of Changsha city in Hunan Province, started signing up family doctors in 2017,but the overall signing rate is only about 50%,lagging behind the national average, and there are also many problems in promoting signing up family doctors. This paper takes the community residents of Changsha County and the medical staff of medical institutions at all levels as the research object, uses the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, analyzes the sample data and interview records, and makes an in-depth study, aiming to summarize the current situation of the contracted service of family doctors in Changsha County and dig out the problems.Through investigation and research,it is found that the main reason for residents in Changsha county not to sign the contract is that they do not know enough about the contract service of family doctors and take a wait-and-see attitude, and the contract service content that residents enjoy is relatively one-sided.At the same time, the social publicity activities of family doctor contract service in Changsha county are not enough, especially among the young groups. In addition, the talent introduction policy of Changsha County is not attractive enough, there is a lack of excellent general practitioners, and there is a lack of reasonable salary incentive for the management of family doctor team.In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening social publicity, rational allocation of medical resources, formulating and improving policies, and improving incentive mechanism, and provides reference basis for improving the quality and efficiency of family doctor contract services in Changsha County and other areas of the same volume from the theoretical and practical levels. |
