| While the application of prenatal diagnosis technology improves the quality of life of the next generation,it also raises a lot of ethical issues,especially the issue of informed consent.Especially in today’s liberalization of the "three-child" policy,the emergence of a large number of elderly mothers,due to their own and social reasons,the need for prenatal diagnosis technology is more urgent,and the problem of informed consent is more serious.How to solve these problems is a major practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the development and application of prenatal diagnosis technology.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main problems of informed consent in prenatal diagnosis by defining the related concepts of prenatal diagnosis and informed consent,and then to analyze the reasons for the problem of informed consent in prenatal diagnosis.The corresponding optimization suggestions are given.This paper analyzes the related concepts of informed consent in prenatal diagnosis,focusing on the concept and advantages of prenatal diagnosis,the theoretical connotation of informed consent and the relationship between prenatal diagnosis and informed consent.It specifically presents the issues of informed consent in prenatal diagnosis,which are the choice of the right to know,the limit of information disclosure,the issue of free consent and the ability to consent,the issues of individual informed consent and family informed consent.The reasons that lead to the problem of informed consent in prenatal diagnosis are analyzed,mainly including the standard difference of medical judgment and information notification,technical limitations and misunderstanding of medical science,information understanding under the condition of unequal knowledge,and the loss of the right to choose under the information overload.And put forward four suggestions in response to the above problems,the main suggestions are: strengthening the awareness and education of responsibility and rights in prenatal diagnosis,formulating informed consent standards for prenatal diagnosis,clarifying technical interpretation specifications for prenatal diagnosis,and strengthening the review of informed consent for prenatal diagnosis. |
