| Objective:To observe the effects of trunk strengthening training combined with multi-direction dynamic balance training on the movement, balance, walking and daily living ability of patients with pusher syndrome after stroke Methods:A total of 39 patients with pusher syndrome after stroke who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the First Hospital of Jilin University from September 2022 to March 2023 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study objects.By using random number table method, they were divided into experimental group(19cases)and control group(20 cases),among which 1 case fell off the control group.A total of 38 cases were finally completed. The experimental group and the control group were 19 cases each. Both groups of patients received 40 minutes of exercise therapy(mainly trunk strengthening training),the control group received 20 min bidirectional motor mode dynamic balance training, and the experimental group received 20 min multi-directional motor mode dynamic balance training, once a day,6d/w,for a total of 4 weeks.the Burke Lateroptation Scale(BLS),Trunk Control Test(TCT),and The Scale for Contraversive Pushing, were adopted.SCP),Berg Balance Scale((Berg Balance Scale,BBS),Holden Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC),Fugl-Meyer assessment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were used to evaluate the functional changes before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the scores of BLS,TCT,SCP,BBS,FAC,FMA and BI between the two groups(p >0.05),which was comparable.Intra-group comparison after 4 weeks of treatment: the BLS,TCT,SCP,BBS,FAC,FMA and BI scores of the control group and the experimental group after treatment were all better than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups after 4 weeks of treatment: After treatment,BLS,TCT,SCP,BBS,FAC,FMA scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(p <0.05).Comparison of differences between groups after 4 weeks of treatment: The differences of BLS,TCT,SCP,BBS,FAC,FMA and BI scores in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Trunk strengthening training combined with dynamic balance training can effectively improve balance, walking function and tilt degree in patients with tilt syndrome.Trunk strengthening training combined with multi-directional dynamic balance training can strengthen the core muscle strength in multiple directions,so that the balance function, trunk control ability and walking ability are significantly improved. The multi-directional group significantly improved the weight-bearing ability of the lower limbs and the flexibility of the center of gravity. The multidirectional group was more effective in improving the ability to perform activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke tilt syndrome. |
