Objective:In patients with unstable angina who received percutaneous coronary intervention, apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B and the ratio of ApoB/A1 were associated with coronary artery disease and prognosis. Methods:This study is a single-center,retrospective study that includes patients diagnosed with UA and treated with PCI in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2018 to December 2021,collected general clinical data, biochemical indexes and surgery-related data, and followed up patients for at least 1 year.According to the contrast results, the Gensini score(GS)was calculated, and the patients were divided into high GS group(GS>30)and low GS group(GS≤30),and the correlation between ApoB/A1 and GS was analyzed. The number of coronary lesions was grouped: single branch lesion, double branch lesion and triple branch lesion, and the relationship between ApoB/A1 and the number of coronary lesions was explored. In addition, the relationship between ApoB/A1 and the number of coronary stent placements and the length of stents was analyzed. The relationship between ApoB/A1 and MACE events is further explored. Results:A total of 354 UA patients were included in the study,of which 68.9% were men, with a mean age of 66 years and an average LDL of 3 mmol/L.Spearman correlation analysis showed that creatinine, uric acid,HDL,LDL,ApoA,Apo E,fibrinogen concentration,B-type brain natriuretic peptide, left ventricular ejection fraction,ApoB/A1 were correlated with GS,with ApoB/A1 having the highest correlation coefficient with GS.Univariate linear regression analysis showed that creatinine, uric acid,HDL,LDL,ApoA,ApoB,homocysteine, fibrinogen concentration, monocytes count, left ventricular ejection fraction,B-type brain natriuretic peptide, and ApoB/A1 were the influencing factors of Gensini score, and after multivariate analysis, homocysteine, left ventricular ejection fraction,B-type brain natriuretic peptide, and ApoB/A1 were independent risk factors for Gensini score(P<0.05).According to the number of coronary lesions, lipoprotein a,homocysteine, fibrinogen concentration and ApoB/A1 were independent risk factors for multiple lesions(P<0.05),and the number of coronary stent placement and stent length in patients with high ApoB/A1 group were positively correlated.ApoB/A1 has been linked to the MACE incident.Conclusion:ApoB/A1 in UA patients treated with PCI was positively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis GS,and high ApoB/A1 often indicated multiple lesions, increased number and length of coronary stents, and had a certain predictive value for the prognosis of patients. |
