Clinical Efficacy Of Yinxing Huonao Capsule Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

The clinical efficacy of Yinxing Huonao capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke of the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis was observed.The course of ischemic stroke is long,and it is hoped that this treatment plan can reduce the course of the disease,improve the independence of patients with ischemic stroke of the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis as soon as possible,and reduce the financial pressure of patients.Methods:In this experiment,60 patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis were screened and divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated according to the basic treatment of internal medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yinxing Huonao capsule and acupuncture on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course was 14 days for both groups.The efficacy and evaluation criteria were determined by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Score,modified Barthel Index,modified Rankin Scale Score and Stroke Disease Evidence Score before and after treatment,as well as statistical data related to safety indicators.SPSS21.0 was used to calculate and analyze the changes in the values of the observed indicators and to comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy and safety of the drug.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in the general data of gender,age,smoking,laboratory index,and past history of patients in the control and treatment groups before treatment(P>0.05);there were no statistically significant differences between the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS score),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Modified RANKIN Scale(mRS),and Chinese Medicine Symptom Score Scale for Stroke Disease(P>0.05).It indicates that the two groups were comparable.2.The differences in NIHSS scores,MBI scores,mRS scores and Chinese medicine symptom scores of stroke disease between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups in NIHSS score,MBI score,mRS score and Chinese medicine symptom score of stroke disease after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group in improving neurological deficits and activities of daily living.3.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Safety: No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Yinxing Huonao capsules combined with acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of qi deficiency and blood stasis type ischemic stroke,improve neurological deficits,enhance the ability to perform activities of daily living and improve the quality of life;the combined treatment is better than the basic treatment alone.
