The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Improved Prescriptionof Shenqiyifei Syrup For The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pumonary Disease With Qi Deficiency Of Both Lung And Spleen In Stable Phase

Objective:To observe the effects of improved prescription of Shenqiyifei syrup on the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（pulmonary and spleen deficiency）,6-minute walking distance,lung function,CAT score and modified dyspnea index,and to explore the effectiveness and safety of improved prescription of Shenqiyifei syrup in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（pulmonary and spleen deficiency）.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022,62 patients diagnosed with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（evidence of pulmonary and spleen deficiency）were diagnosed in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Pulmonology,Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Enshizhou Central Hospital.According to numerical randomization,they were divided into control group with 31 cases and treatment group with 31 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was given improved prescription of Shenqiyifei syrup on the basis of the control group,and the treatment period was 12 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom efficacy,6-minute walking distance（6MWD）,lung function（FEV1%pred）,COPD assessment test（CAT）,and modified dyspnea index（mMRC）before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of symptom efficacy in the control group was 73.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.After 12weeks of continuous observation and treatment,the scores of medical syndrome decreased in both groups,and the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After the treatment of the two groups,the scores of various TCM syndromes were improved（P<0.05）,among which the treatment group and the control group had similar efficacy in improving abdominal distension and fatigue（P>0.05）,while the treatment group was better in improving cough,sputum production,wheezing,shortness of breath,self-sweating,bad wind,loose stool,and sluggishness（P<0.05）.3.The CAT score,mMRC and 6MWD of patients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）,and the improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.FEV₁%pred after treatment in both groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.There were no adverse effects during treatment in either group.Conclusion:Improved prescription of Shenqiyifei syrup has a significant alleviating effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with stable COPD（evidence of pulmonary and spleen deficiency）,and has obvious effects on improving exercise endurance and improving quality of life,and has significant clinical effects.
