| Intelligent home health care can not only provide personal health information in time,but also relieve the strain of medical resources,which is an important development direction of modern medical system.Urine is a common biological sample for clinical diagnosis,and the physiological information contained in urine is of great significance for the diagnosis of urinary tract infection,diabetes,acute kidney injury and other diseases.Urine test strip and electrochemical sensor are common urinalysis tools in clinical practice.The urine test strip analysis has some problems such as unhygienic collection and large error of manual reading results.The electrochemical dissolved oxygen detector has some disadvantages such as high cost and large volume.Therefore,it is necessary to develop easy-to-use,low-cost home urinalysis tools.The first work of this paper is an intelligent urinalysis system based on paper chip.The system consists of four parts:paper chip,image acquisition module,mobile APP and computer vision algorithm.The hydrophobic layer of the paper chip enables the paper chip to float on the liquid surface of the toilet.In addition,the paper chip can realize automatic urine collection.The image acquisition module fixed on the toilet is used to collect the image of detection results and transmit it to the mobile phone APP through Bluetooth.The computer vision algorithm is used to intuitively display the analysis results.The separate design of image acquisition module and mobile APP not only optimizes the operating experience,but also avoids the influence of artificial shooting Angle and other factors on the detection results.The feasibility of the system was verified by using urine nitrite and glucose as target analytes.The results show that the recognition rate of the system algorithm is 88.9%.Therefore,the system has the potential for the development of household urinalysis,and contributes to the development of household medical equipment and preventive medicine.The second work of this paper is to construct a micro dissolved oxygen sensor.Pt working electrode,counter electrode and Ag/Ag Cl reference electrode were prepared on micro circuit board by electrodeposition method.Under the condition of the same detection accuracy and miniature size,the production process is simple and the cost is lower.Through detection of sodium sulfite solutions with different dissolved oxygen concentrations,it was found that there was a good linear relationship between dissolved oxygen concentration and reduction current(R~2=0.97),with a linear range of 0.9-6.7 mg/L,which is expected to be used for real-time monitoring of the renal health status and prevention of acute kidney injury. |
