Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Of Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency With The Method Of Soothing The Liver And Tonifying The Kidney

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney on premature ejaculation of the type of liver depression and kidney deficiency.By analyzing the CIPE-10 score,IELT change index,SAS score and safety of the treatment group and the control group after treatment,to explore the clinical effective and feasible methods for the treatment of premature ejaculation of the type of liver depression and kidney deficiency,to provide a certain scientific basis for the clinical treatment of premature ejaculation of the type of liver depression and kidney deficiency,and to provide a more safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of premature ejaculation of the type of liver depression and kidney deficiency.Methods: A total of 80 patients with premature ejaculation of liver-qi stagnation and kidney-deficiency type who were treated by male specialists in Xiyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from December 2021 to September 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were collected.These patients were divided into the treatment group of soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney(treatment group)and the treatment group of suoyang gujing pill(control group),with 40 cases in each group.The patients were followed up and evaluated before treatment and 30 days after treatment.The observation indexes included CIPE-10 score,IELT change index,SAS score and safety evaluation.Results:(1)The general data of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)Compared with the CIPE-10 score data of the two groups after 30 days of treatment,the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the IELT index of the two groups after 30 days of treatment,the data of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the SAS scores of the two groups,the data of the patients in the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(5)There was no significant difference in the safety comparison data between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: During the treatment of patients with premature ejaculation due to stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the kidney,the treatment of soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney can fully improve the sexual function of the patients,prolong the latent time of ejaculation in the vagina,improve their anxiety,and have high safety.
