Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease that occurs more often in older people, with the development of society and the improvement of medical standards, the aging of China’s population has gradually intensified, and Parkinson’s patients have gradually increased.Parkinson’s disease will damage the patient’s motor function,so it will seriously affect the patient’s normal life.In addition, expensive Parkinson’s disease treatment drugs also place a heavy financial burden on the patient’s family and society.Motor function evaluation of Parkinson’s patients is an important means for objective evaluation of patients and subsequent rehabilitation treatment. At present, the clinic mainly relies on the scale to score the patient’s various exercise indicators to measure the patient’s motor function, however, this method has the disadvantage of being highly subjective, and some subtle changes cannot be found in time.Based on wearable inertial sensors, this paper designs a parkinson’s patient motion function evaluation system that can perform real-time data transmission, including eight motion data acquisition terminals,a supporting host computer software and a set of experimental paradigm actions, among them, eight data collection terminals are worn on the left and right wrists, chest, waist, left and right thighs and left and right ankles of the human body. The terminal can collect the acceleration and angular velocity signals of the patient during the movement, and transmit the signal to the host computer software in real time through the Bluetooth 5.0 protocol, which has the functions of patient information management, signal curve viewing and patient motion parameter calculation. The motor parameters selected by this system cover the body’s gait ability, balance ability, posture conversion ability and joint mobility, which can comprehensively measure the patient’s motor function. In addition, based on the UPDRS scale,a set of simple and efficient experimental paradigm actions is designed, including ten-meter folding, wrist flipping, sitting and leg lifting, sitting upright, standing still, fingering and nose, sitting and arm lifting. The system has collected 121 patient data in clinical tests, and through the analysis of motor parameters to screen parameters with high sensitivity to different disease periods, the system has strong stability during use,and the selected parameters have certain representative significance, which can comprehensively assess the patient’s motor function.
