According to statistics,breast cancer has become a major threat to women’s health around the world.Early detection of breast lesions is an important means to reduce the incidence and mortality of breast cancer and improve the survival rate of patients.Ultrasonography plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer because of its advantages of no pollution and high early screening rate.However,the traditional direct-ray ultrasound imaging technology is limited by the algorithm principle,and its imaging image noise is too large,which affects the recognition of lesions.Therefore,in order to make the lesion imaging more clear,so that ultrasound examination can be better put into the practical application,the study of ultrasonic tomography algorithm is particularly important.In view of this situation,this paper mainly carries out specific research on ultrasonic imaging algorithm technology of Fresnel zone method,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the ultrasonic imaging principle of Fresnel zone method,the joint imaging of Fresnel zone and direct ray is proposed and the related imaging principle is derived.The defect of image smoothness in Fresnel zone method which leads to unclear lesion edges is corrected by the high frequency accuracy of direct ray imaging,and the imaging quality of Fresnel zone method is improved.(2)The effectiveness of Fresnel zone-straight ray joint imaging algorithm was verified by simulation and experiment: COMSOL software was used to simulate and design the breast model and collect ultrasonic signals.The experimental platform of breast imitation detection based on Vantage system and piezoelectric ring array was built and the received signals of breast imitation were collected.(3)The k-Wave simulation of 3D Fresnel zone method is studied.The computational amount of 3D imaging was reduced through the formulation of a reasonable array transceiver-receiving scheme and the compression of sparse matrix.A 3D breast simulation model was established based on the cylindrical ultrasonic sensor array,which verified the feasibility of the 3D Fresnel zone method and analyzed the imaging effect of the 3D Fresnel zone method.The results showed that the three-dimensional Fresnel zone method could better invert the three-dimensional breast structure imaging,and the lesions were clearly visible,and the location and morphology were corresponding to the designed model.(4)A 3D breast ultrasound imaging visualization platform was designed and produced,which integrated three functions of simulation calculation,inversion imaging and subsequent image processing,providing an industrial human-computer interaction interface for breast ultrasound imaging.
