Driven by China’s relevant policies and the rapid development of Internet big data technology,the online medical service combining the medical field with the Internet has developed rapidly,and the emerging diagnosis and treatment methods and medical services have gradually begun to transition from helping users complete peripheral medical behaviors such as registered payment to core medical behaviors such as diagnosis and treatment management;At the same time,Internet medicine at home and abroad is in the stage of development,and a large number of fields and directions have not been completely determined.In the treatment of common chronic diseases,the focus is usually on the management of patients outside the hospital.Doctors only adjust the management content according to the situation of patients during periodic follow-up visits.At this stage,it is difficult for traditional Chinese medicine students to know the real management situation of patients outside the hospital and whether there are misunderstandings in the cognition and operation behavior of patients’ out of hospital management.It is difficult to verify that there is a management blind spot for chronic diseases with a long cycle.Based on the current situation of internet medical treatment at home and abroad,this paper will try to make some effective research on the out of hospital management of chronic diseases through the management mode of Internet remote interaction.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,make research on the existing internet medical model to clarify the current situation of the industry,and emphasize that diabetes is the basis for the subject.It is proposed to select an internet medical product as the basis for design;Then effectively sort out the information of products and diseases,and understand the design and analysis methods commonly used in internet medical interaction at this stage.Secondly,after clarifying the framework of relevant background and current situation,carry out user research on relevant users and medical care respectively;The research on users is to know the pain points and needs of users,while the research on medical care is to know the common problems of patients and management measures outside the hospital.After that,several interaction design methodologies based on Kano model began to sort out the research information,and obtained the effective contents such as user model,user scenario task diagram,information architecture diagram and so on.Finally,according to the information architecture diagram and other contents,design the product page in line with the user behavior and solve the pain points,and then start the feasibility test,which is verified by the experiments of expression recognition and eye tracker;Among them,the expression recognition experiment collects the psychological and emotional feedback of users when using the product,and the eye tracker experiment obtains the visual hot spot map and visual trajectory map of users when using the product to judge and verify the rationality of the information level of the product function module.At the same time,it verifies whether the content in the product information level summarized in the research stage is complete,corresponds to the needs of users and can solve the pain points of users,so as to make the complete subject more scientific research significance,It can provide a certain reference value for online medical treatment on the Internet.
