| Objective:In this study, functional exercise, functional exercise combined with kinesio taping, functional exercise combined with orthopedic insole were used to intervene in children with flexible flat feet and observe the effects.Combined with the test results of foot indicators, the efficacy of these three intervention methods was analyzed,so as to provide more economical and effective intervention methods for children with flexible flat feet. Methods:From December 2021 to July 2022,46 children with flatfoot in Dalian were selected as subjects according to the inclusion criteria.According to age, gender, condition and other factors,46 children were divided into four groups :10 in the blank group,9 in the functional exercise group,9 in the functional exercise combined with kinesio taping group and 18 in the functional exercise combined with orthopedic insoles group.(1)blank group did not intervene;(2)functional exercise group only take foot core muscle training;(3)functional exercise combined with kinesio taping group on the basis of foot core muscle training stick kinesio taping;(4)functional exercise combined with orthopedic insoles group wore orthopedic insoles on the basis of foot core muscle training.Except for the blank control group, the other subjects were intervened for eight weeks, and the relevant indicators were measured before and after the experiment. The test data were processed by statistical software SPSS26.0,and the test results were expressed as x ± S.The paired sample T test was used for intra-group comparison, and the one-way analysis of variance was used for inter-group comparison.P < 0.05 was the significant difference level.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of intervention,in terms of arch index,NDD and calcaneal valgus angle index, there was a significant improvement in the functional exercise group, combined with muscle paste group and combined with insole group(P< 0.05).There was also a significant improvement between the three intervention groups and the blank group(P< 0.05),There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).In terms of dynamic peak pressure of middle foot, the three intervention groups improved, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of intervention, there was a significant increase in the index of thumb flexion and foot adduction strength in the functional exercise group, the combined muscle patch group and the combined insole group(P< 0.05).The comparison between the three intervention groups and the blank group also showed a significant increase(P< 0.05),There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in the long axis direction, cop path length and ellipse area of static balance indexes among functional exercise group, combined muscle patch group and combined insole group(P<0.05).There were also significant differences between the three intervention groups and the blank group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).The short axis index improved, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1).During the 8-week experimental period, functional exercise, functional exercise combined with kinesio taping, functional exercise combined with orthopedic insoles can significantly improve the arch height and static balance of children with flexible flatfoot, and can reduce the middle foot load during walking.(2).During the 8-week experimental period, functional exercise combined with kinesio taping was superior to simple functional exercise in terms of arch index, calcaneal valgus angle, and improvement rate of midfoot dynamic pressure.Functional exercise combined with orthopedic insoles is generally superior to simple functional exercise and functional exercise combined with kinesio taping in the improvement rate of each index. |
