The Clinical Study Of Xiaohe Ointment In The Treatment Of Adenoid Hypertrophy With Cervical Lymphadenitis

Objective: To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaohe ointment combined with Huayu Sanjie Powder and Huayu Sanjie Powder on adenoid hypertrophy with cervical nucleus,so as to confirm the therapeutic effect of Xiaohe ointment on adenoid hypertrophy(phlegm coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)with cervical nucleus.Methods: Seventy-two children with adenoid hypertrophy(phlegm coagulation and blood stasis syndrome)were separated into two the groups random: treatment group(36 cases)was treated with Xiaohe ointment and oral Huayu Sanjie Powder plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine,and control group(36 cases)was treated with oral Huayu Sanjie Powder plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine.During the course of treatment,the sleeping snoring,lymph node size,number,tenderness,lymphocyte percentage and adenoid size were compared and analyzed statistically between the two groups.Results: 1.Of the 72 cases,39 were male,accounting for 54.16%;33 were female,accounting for 45.83%.Comparing the sex distribution between the two groups,there was no significant difference in the sex ratio between the two groups after chi-square test(p > 0.05).The results suggest that the incidence rate of children is slightly higher than that of women.2.By counting the age of children,39 children aged 4 to 6 years accounted for 54.16%,suggesting that the age of adenoid hypertrophy with cervical hemorrhoids was higher at the age of 4 to 6 years.3.The comparison of treatment group and the control group before and after treatment the integral: the treatment group score declined from 13.56 ±1.934 to 5.53 ± 2.833;the control group score 13.31 ± 1.721 dropped to 6.50 ±2.942;before treatment,T=0.579 scores,P > 0.05,and no significant difference between the two sets.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of T=-1.428,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had advantages over the control group in improving the symptoms and signs ofchildren with adenoid hypertrophy and neck hemorrhoids.The treatment group before and after treatment the integral comparison in the group,P < 0.05;the control group before and after treatment the integral comparison in the group,P< 0.05,indicating that two groups of drugs were improved with adenoidal hypertrophy the cervix lymphadenitis of signs and symptoms had certain effect.4.Among the 36 children in the treatment group,18 cases were obviously curative effect,13 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,and 86.11% total effective treatment,36 cases in the control set,including 8 effective cases,19 effective cases,9 ineffective case,and 75% total effective treatment.According to the rank sum test,Z=-2.232,P=0.020,P < 0.05,and a statistically significant differences.It is suggested that Xiaohe ointment is effective in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy with cervical nucleus.Conclusion: Xiaohe ointment has obvious curative effect and low adverse reaction rate for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with cervical nucleus.
