| Objectives To observe the clinical effects of the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis by multi-direction needling at the meridian sinew nodal point,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis. Methods In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria admitted in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion diagnosed with cervicoshoulder myofascitis from January 2021 to January 2022 in Baoding first traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into two groups,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.Treatmen group(multi-direction needling at the meridian sinew nodal point group):multi-direction needling was used to treat the meridian sinew nodal point.Control group(ordinary acupuncture group): Cervical jiaji point,Tianzhu,Fengchi,Cervical Bailao,Shoulder jing,Tianzong,Shoulder Waiyu and Houxi were selected for conventional acupuncture treatment.Treatment duration: 6 times a week for 3 weeks.By observing and analyzing the changes of the Northwick Park(NPQ),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)between the two groups, and use SPSS23.0 to analyze the data for evaluating the clinical efficacy of the two treatments. Results 1 General clinical data: There was no significant difference in gender,TCM syndrome type, age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2 Overall clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 75.00% in ordinary acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 VAS score: after treatment, compared with before treatment,VAS scores in both groups reduced obviously, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),and comparison between groups after treatment showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).4NPQ score: Compared with before treatment,NPQ scores in two groups were significantly reduced after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5 UCLA score: The scores of patients in both groups increased obviously after treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions The overall clinical effect of the treatment of cervicoshoulder myofascitis by multi-direction needling at the meridian sinew nodal point is remarkable, which can significantly relieve the pain of patients and restore the function of neck and shoulder, improve the quality of daily life, and is worthy of clinical application.Figure0;Table12;Reference102... |
