Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Tiaogan Herbal Decoctions Combined With Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol And Dydrogesterone Tablets In The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Of Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency Type

Objectives By observing the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tiaogan Decoction combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,it can provide a reference for the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve due to liver stagnation and kidney deficiency with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods Patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of hepatic depression and kidney deficiency who were treated in the gynecological outpatient clinic of Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to December 2021 were randomly assigned to the control group of 30 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with oral estrogen-progesterone replacement(1/10 mg),and the treatment group was given oral treatment with Jiawei Tiaogan herbal decoctions combined with estrogen-progesterone replacement(1/10 mg).Both groups began taking the drug on the 5th day of menstruation for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,changes in TCM syndrome integrals,FSH,LH,FSH/LH,AMH,AFC,and OV were compared.Results The difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)before treatment,and the total scores of the two groups of TCM main symptoms,secondary symptoms and TCM syndrome were improved compared with before,and the improvement between the treatment groups was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the two groups of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,Estradiol decreased compared with the previous level,and the degree of decline in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the number of basal sinus follicles and the average ovarian volume in the two groups were increased compared with before,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the growth rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05);After treatment,the AMH in the two groups was increased compared with before,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).During the treatment process,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and all safety indicators before and after treatment were within the normal range.Conclusions Jiawei tiaogan herbal decoctions combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets can effectively regulate the menstrual cycle,increase menstrual volume,alleviate clinical concomitant symptoms,improve reproductive endocrine hormone levels,increase anti-Müller tube hormone,increase sinus follicle count,increase ovarian volume,and is safe and feasible,without adverse reactions,which can be used as a reference for clinical reference.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 132...
