The Study Of The Strategy To Improve The Satisfaction Of H Hospital Clinical And Medical Technology Department To Functional Department

Clinical medical staff is the main member in the hospital,the medical service quality directly affects the patient’s health and satisfaction,and the department functions is for clinical medical department provides logistics services department,and ACTS as the role of hospital managers,clinical medical office staff to the satisfaction of department functions directly affect job satisfaction,And the health of the entire hospital.Along with the development of our country health enterprise and the development of the hospital quality policy requirements,the physical and mental health of medical staff,and its working environment and conditions,gradually improve clinical medical room to the satisfaction of department functions,can improve the medical staff to the hospital,job satisfaction,so as to improve medical service quality,improve patient satisfaction and hospital management level.As a supplement to public hospitals,private hospitals also need to improve the quality of medical services by means of management so as to enhance their competitiveness.Taking H Hospital as the research object,this paper investigates the satisfaction of clinical departments with functional departments through questionnaires,analyzes problems according to the survey results,and presents improvement cases,so as to sum up strategies to improve the satisfaction of clinical and medical technology departments with functional departments.This topic first introduces the background and significance of the topic,as well as domestic and foreign research status,to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent development;Secondly,it introduces related concepts and theories,including the composition of satisfaction,influencing factors and related promotion theories.Then it introduces the satisfaction status of clinical medical technology departments of H hospital to functional departments,including the basic situation of functional departments of H hospital,satisfaction evaluation system,questionnaire design,distribution,recovery,statistical analysis and analysis of existing problems.Then,according to the questionnaire survey,survey results and existing problems,the improvement contents of functional departments and improvement cases of service promotion activities of functional departments are introduced.Finally,according to the improvement contents and cases after the survey,combined with the influencing factors of satisfaction and related promotion theories,the strategies for improving the functional satisfaction of the clinical medical technology department of H Hospital were summarized.
